Walker Heating & Cooling hit it out of the park again! Dustin Walker showed up on time, gave me a very detailed quote, and scheduled a ductless mini-split system on our property. Don't be fooled by the cheap systems you see all over the internet; they will fail and waste your money!! The techs showed up on time and did an outstanding job with the install and cleanup. I highly recommend Walker Heating and Cooling.

Had garage split unit installed. Very professional and beat the price of everyone in town. Loved this company. Also had an issue several months later where main AC unit broke and in process of finding install company called Walker. Trish was amazing and helped me find the company who installed, even though it wasn't them.

We found ourselves without AC in the middle of the summer while hosting 7 people at our house. I called at 3am, someone picked up and sent someone over early the next morning (Sunday). Our HVAC was from 1972 so we'd been planning a full replacement and moving it to the attic to get it out of the way so we could knock out the wall in which it existed. Dustin (the owner) was very consultative and conversational. When presenting the options to me, he presented 4 options from least costly to most expensive. As I prepared for his sales pitch, I heard him say, "With the age of your house and the design and manufacturing used for building, this (*points at least costly option*) is your best option. Anything else would be wasting money on something you don't need."

I really appreciate his honesty, integrity, and candor. On top of that, they're professionally run and have great financing options (we took him up on the 18 month at 0% interest option). We're looking at putting in a mini-split in our garage and he'll be the person we call.

Great Experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend for any job. Have used them for repairs, and HVAC replacement, and have no intentions of calling anyone else! Very professional, clean cut and courteous technicians.

The pump on our lift station went out setting off the shrill alarm about 4:00 on a weekday afternoon a couple of months ago. I called my usual plumber, but they were too booked to come. I went through my list and called two or three others who were also too booked. Thank goodness one of those plumbers gave me the number for Walker. They answered the phone and said they would send someone out within two hours. Jason came and worked until dark to figure out the problem. He had to order a new pump and made quite a few calls trying to find one in the area. He told me he would drive to Dallas the next morning if he couldn't find one in Tyler. The next morning he arrived with the new pump he had located in town. We've had a few other problems since that first call and each time the phone is answered promptly and Jason has arrived within one or two hours of the call - and it seems that problems never happen during business hours! Thank goodness we found Walker H&C!

Amazing service! Fast and professional.

Walker Heating and Cooling as a company are first rate. Last summer we bought two Bryant Air Conditioning Units. Our home has never been so cool. The units are quiet and efficient. Yesterday we had our check up. The Walker serviceman was polite and professional and we were very pleased. We highly recommend Walker Heating and Cooling.
