Walker Heating & Cooling

Purchased a complete, new, name brand, efficient heat pump system from Walker two seasons ago. Their system was priced significantly less than the competitors I shopped. There have been a couple of hick-ups with the system but it was a manufacturing /mechanical warranty issue and not an installation issue.

The system has saved a significant amount on energy over the replaced older system. I have had to have emergency service twice and the latest time was today on the hottest day of this year so far.

I was expecting a 5-6 hour wait for the technician to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised that they had my system up and running again in less than three hours from my initial phone call. Great service today on the hottest day of the year so far. Thanks again.

I have used walker heating and cooling 2 times now and both times they were fast and efficient at repair both our A/Cs. Jose did a great job. Thank you walker heating and cooling for a business that can be trusted. No one else I'd go too.

Ac went out after 6pm. Called and their was a repair person at my house in 30 minutes. Problem fixed and house was cooling in less than 1 hour. Always answers their phone. Great service people and Trish is wonderful and makes sure you are taken care of

Used these folks recently. When I talked them I was told, "We're not the cheapest & we're not the most expensive." They also said they really value their customers & will always try to make it right. That has certainly been my experience. I believe that in most cases you get what you pay for. We got a very good quality product, they were very timely, very professional, very friendly -- we're planning on using them again. Also, we had a small issue (not their fault but a part that ended up needing to be replaced). When I called them about it, they said they'd send somebody right over. I told them the next day would be fine (since it was at the end of the day when I called them). I was very impressed with how seriously they took my minor complaint. The next day they came over & resolved the issue by replacing a part at no charge & with no hassle at all. Couldn't be happier with them! Highly recommend them! P.S. Ask for Joseph. He's a hard worker with great customer service!

Came on time and did the job done in a reasonable time . Explained what was wrong with the system. Overall great customer service .

Replaced a Gree mini split that was not working properly for the area. Walker came out inspected not once but twice. Brand new home and the original HVAC company that did the install one year ago never fixed the issue. After another summer of no AC upstairs - Walker came in and fixed us right. Walker is great to deal with - been working with them for several years. They are reliable and dependable. Highly recommend.

Dustin came out and gave us a very fair estimate. We had several quotes done and Dustin not only had the best price, but we had the best experience with him coming in and explaining his opinion on how to achieve what we wanted with our HVAC. Jose, Max, & Heath did a fantastic job on the install and answering all our questions and addressing any concerns we had. Defiantly recommend Walker Heating and Cooling!!

Jose just came out to service our annual maintenance and check on a cooling issue and he was professional yet personable. He explained things and gave me some options to think about, but didn't pressure me into making an immediate decision - which I appreciated!
