Air Chandler Heating & Cooling

I had a new AC system put in my house a year and a half ago. Then we had a cold snap in my area and Michael Chandler (owner of Air Chandler) was visiting SC. He came to my house and discovered there were no heat strips ever installed in my unit. He had them installed within 30 minutes and everything is working great now. I can’t thank him enough.

Will never use any other company! It took them less than 2 hours to put in a unit and clean 12 ducts on a Saturday! Price, service, and information was amazing, thank you!
As a homeowner the a/c isn’t work just call when you first need someone. Honestly, we spent so much more time looking for appliances when we needed them.

Best service ever. The owner came out, 45 minutes after I placed the call, quickly diagnosed the problem, fetched the faulty item from his truck, installed it and, voila, the air conditioner was fixed. He also did not charge me for the service call. I couldn’t have imagined a better outcome. The company is local and I prefer to support local businesses.

This was the best service I’ve ever had!! We were without ac in 100 degrees for a few weeks. The owner came right away on a Friday afternoon. Showed up Saturday morning at 11 with a brand new ac unit. Been wonderful ever since!!

We have 24 units that they take care of + a walk In freezer & refrigerator that they take care of for us, That doesn’t include the two unit I have @ home I used other competitors & they were dishonest & never showed up on tome. Called Mike with Air Chandelier came out on time. Been using him ever since. Can’t beat his team.

I made the mistake of hiring them, they never showed up on time, always a few days late. Rude, inconsiderate customer service, never finish work correctly & they discriminate & scam elderly customers. Do not trust or hire them.

This is from a while ago but I thought I should leave a review. Before I moved into my new house the seller had a A/C problem so they called Air Chandler. They came out and charged the seller $400 dollars and told her it was just low on freon. And the problem was fixed. If a A/C is low on freon then there is a leak. So in two weeks time it wasn't blowing cold again. Called a reputable company and they had the problem narrowed down in about 10 minutes. It had a cracked coil. So I would go with a company that is knowledgeable about how the system works. Not one that just says add freon and its blowing cold now so it is fixed.

Worked on my ac unit, did terrible job. Didn't seal air intake box, left trash in the house and in the yard, didn't even show up with an air filter. When my mom asked him about it he started yelling and said he wished he had never done the job who are we to question him, his guys know how to do the job. ( they showed up no uniform and smoking a cigarette. We weren't sure if he was there to rob us or work on ac. When I call him he want answer or return call. ( Maybe we were wrong to expect friendly professional work from air chandler

Called at 8:05 and system was fixed by 10. Very professional and courteous. Mike Chandler should be proud to have Cody as an employee....
