Southern Comfort A/C & Heating

My 1st contact with this serviceman was 06/15/23. He diagnosed our problem as a fuse and possibly a relay, I talked to him again on Friday, he told his wife had picked up the fuse and he had two jobs in my area on Sat. I called several times on Sat and Sunday and got no response.I got basically the same story, Mon morning. He said he would be by mid-morning. I called again at 12:00 and he said he was eating and he would go to the warehouse to pick up the new fuse. At that point, I called Liberty Home Warranty and cancelled my policy and requested a refund for my deposit. I contacted Glacier AC, in Lindale and within about 2 hours , I have AC! Lesson learned by me!.

4th day without AC. They keep saying they be here tomorrow. I totally dislike people that lie, straight to your face. Not a lot of dignity.
