Larry Smith was ver professional and friendly. He explained how to perform maintenance so I could get the best out of my air conditioning unit. He was patient and took the time to inform me on the best way to get the most life out of my old AC unit in terms I could understand. He explained everything I needed to know and then went over any questions that I may have had. He was thorough and very helpful. Thank you Larry Smith!

As always, ETR and Austin Duff did an excellent job of performing our HVAC 6-month maintenance. As always, Austin was on time, pleasant and very professional. He was happy to talk with me and answer any questions or concerns I had. He even had to murder a few wasps that had taken up residence inside the compressor! The yearly price for the maintenance has gone up, but that was expected. But Austin having to drive 150 miles round trip and being pleasant about is a huge plus for me.
