I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!! We purchased our house last fall and the A/C went out the first of June. They offered to come out the night it went out, but we opted to have them come during business hours. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

They diagnosed the issue, got us a quote, and went to bat for us with our home warranty company. Travis worked graciously with me to figure out the most cost-effective way to get us back up and running. He did the work to get us a great product and get us taken care of.

I won't be calling anyone else in the future. These guys set the gold standard for service, excellence, and customer care.

Bradley and Casey are top notch! Integrity and honesty are hard to come by these days. First company said I needed a whole new unit after a lightning strike. Bradley diagnosed and fixed it for less than $600.00. They earned my business and if I were you I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Mike and Anthony went over and above what was needed. Where the old unit sat, the wood was rotted and they replaced and repaired what was bad to make sure the unit had a good foundation. They worked hard and stayed until they made sure everything worked perfectly. I was a contractor for 20 years and to have two guys that worked and took care of the job they were assigned is hard to find. I would recommend anyone to request them. Thanks ETR

East Texas Refrigeration’s (ETR) Trevor and Christian worked at our house today and did an outstanding job. They arrived early and ready to get to the task at hand. They were professional and courteous in all their dealings with us. They worked hard and got all the duct works completed, then cleaned up, and then Trevor checked the work with me. Sean, our salesman was professional, friendly, and informative in his quote and site visit. He made sure we were happy clients! He does a great job. We have used ETR before and we will continue to enjoy being ETR customers.

One of our AC units went out, after diagnosing it, ETR decided that it should be replaced. With how old it was, it was about time to be replaced. The new one works fabulously, and the new thermostat is smarter than me, so that’s a plus. Our tech, Trevor T, was awesome! Knew what he was talking about and used plain English. Highly recommend them!

I’ve had multiple people from different companies come out and look at my A/C. No one gave me an alternative to fix it besides replacing my whole A/C system. Today, Blaine helped my family and I find out what’s wrong with the A/C and also showed amazing customer service! He gave us options, price ranges, he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing!!
