ETR Air Conditioning & Heating

Highly recommend ETR! Came into work around 8 am and immediately notice the A/C was not working. After calling and speaking with Whitney, she was able to send two friendly and professional technicians to our facility with in a couple of hours. Which I was pleasantly surprise and grateful on how fast they were able to arrive. They immediately got to work and I say within an hour to and hour and a half figure out was wrong and fix the problem. Even was nice enough to change the filter and clean up the mess. :) So starting from the time I called 8am to the job being complete, 12pm (4 hours) we now have cool air again. (Which in TX is a God Send) We are super happy with ETR for the speediness and ability to fix the problem. Thank you Whitney and ETR for being our hero and saving the day.

I read all of these great reviews on this company so i decided to give them a call. Well for all of you folks in East Texas that live in a trailer or modular home, don't bother calling these people. Apparently, they are too good to work on any of those. I mean i am a electrician offshore and do plenty of side work. What is the difference in a trailer AC compared to a anything else?!

My ac was not performing the way it should, specifically at night (which freaked me out given the triple digit temps!). I called around 10:30p.m., and Thomas (TJ) called me immediately. He was so pleasant and helpful, despite my decision to wait to address the issue during normal business hours. This morning I called and was greeted by Brittany, who was just wonderful. I also had to be at a closing on a home today, and she was very understanding and worked with MY schedule to still get someone out today. Enter, Dylan (oh, by the way, I was told a different technician was coming out, but when that changed, Brittany immediately let me know). Dylan was super sweet and knowledgeable; he took time to explain why things were happening and how to be proactive in caring for my ac. He went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. I am so grateful I found ETR and became a member. I look forward to seeing Dylan again and continuing to do business with ETR.

I really didn't use him this time as he agreed that since Jacob was just out maintenance was not required. I advised this to person who answered phone when I called to sign up for maintenance contract.

Our service technician, Ryan, was very courteous and professional. He arrived within the service window and immediately started working on our AC system. The problem was a bad capacitor which he replaced. Even though this seemed to fix the problem it stopped cooling about five minutes after the new capacitor was installed. He thoroughly checked out the system as was able to resolve the issue. He also stayed and monitored the system for a while to insure that it was operating correctly.
I would highly recommend Ryan as he did a fantastic job for us !

My first visit for A/C preventative maintenance under my ESA was awesome. Patrick Thompson called ahead of arriving to let me know he was 15 minutes away and he arrived on time. This Tech was knowledgeable and explained all steps of this service visit. He also took time to answer a few questions I had. I'm very pleased with ETR who also installed and commissioned my new A/C Unit. You are in good hands with ETR they will take good care of you.
