Very knowledgeable. Made an extra effort to complete in a very short timeline. Followed up to make sure all was working correctly.

George, Hector, and Caleb were fantastic. They were here early and worked all day to replace an old A/C and heating system with a new one. They kept me informed along the way and left my home, garage and lawn immaculate. Hope I won't have to do this again...but if I do - I will ask for them.

Clogged drain from drip pan caused pan to fill until the float valve shut off the unit. Oscar found the problem a made the repair.

Excellent service from Austin - very professional- will request him for next maintenance.

Larry Smith was BEYOND fantastic!!! He showed up right on time 🏆 explained everything he was going to do, when he could tell I was confused he would bring me to the unit and explain exactly what he was talking about so I could understand.
Larry took his time & did a very thorough job! The initial reason we called ETR was for a unit that stopped working- the girls in the office told me my options and we decided to sign up for the maintenance plan. Larry did our biannual maintenance & discovered & repaired the issue that made the unit stop working. We were beyond pleased with Larry & will be requesting he is sent for all of our maintenance visits!

I have had a couple of warranty repairs done and the service has been excellent. Both Dylan and TJ came out very quickly and took care of the air conditioning system ASAP. Glad to have such a professional team keep the house cool.

Trouble shoot heating and cooling of a newly installed system by a different contractor that wasn’t working properly. Blaine did a fantastic job at identifying and repairing the problem.

Dylan Wall showed up to service and inspect my unit and was amazing throughout the process. Very thorough and patient with myself as I had a million questions regarding the unit and issues I had. ETR's technicians solved a cooling issue we were having in one room of the house. They evaluated the current system and made recommendations for modifications to the ductwork which corrected the problem. ETR quickly gathered the material and re-worked the ductwork the next day. The technicians were very professional, respectful of our home, and cleaned up everything before they left. Excellent service!
