Air Serv is timely and professional. They sent a technician to our house within an hour of our call. He was was super friendly and professional! We will definitely use Air Serv again!
I called Aire Serve because of all these positive reviews. I should have been suspicious that every review was 5 stars. I mean no business makes every person totally happy. I think these reviews are staged.
Anyhow, I called and a technician for a leaking coil. The tech at first seemed very confident and seemed to drop all the right lingo. He couldn't find a leak and offered a slightly improbable explanation for why we saw a leak in the past. (We had added freon in Oct and shut off our system for the winter.) After we turned it on to show him the problem, he offered a $500 solution which included adding some freon, even though we just had recently added some and putting a $150 leak stop solution in the freon. He then says we can see if that works and if not try something else. So we'd be out $500 for something he has no idea if it'll work or even what the real problem is. This is in addition to telling me it's not a problem for water to back up in the unit (from our pipe that doesn't drain right from the unit to the outside).
These guys came out immediately when everyone else was couple days out ! Josh Ray was very fast and knowledgeable ... fixed it fast and even went above and beyond cleaning out the system .
Great customer service! I called and they had a tech out the same day. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very informative and set up an appointment that worked for me. The gentleman that came out to fix the problem seemed very knowledgeable and respectful as well. Very happy and will use them again if needed.
Pricey! Have a Lennox heat pump that the indoor blower motor was replaced under Warranty 4 years ago, $249 Labor. Same blower motor went out and again it is still under warranty, told the service man (who was very polite and did his job well) what was wrong and he diagnosed the same. Told me it would be $349 + Tax. It didn't take 2 hours total time working including runing for the part. I think that that is abit over priced and kinda price gouging when it is this hot and we'd made the appointment Friday for Monday so we wouldn't get stuck with a weekend call. Will probley not be calling on them again.
Called for heating maintenance check when the heater in my new home would not come on, and they were able to come out the next day. Good communication of arrival time, and service personnel as well as office staff were friendly and helpful.
Scheduled appointment, tech called in advance of appointment, arrived on time and did good work. Kenny was our Technician, he was very personable and pleasant to work with. I recommend 100%!
