Do not use this company, they don't install your unit correctly, tell you they have the same unit being replaced, then they show up with a different unit. Install the inside unit with wires showing. Only a one year warranty, and if something goes wrong after the one year warranty, they tell you they don't work on that unit anymore. You will never hear from them again. DON'T USE THEM. Call someone one more reliable. Don't call this company

Called the call center at 5:30, they returned my call at 5:40. Daniel arrived at 6:00 cold air by 6:20. Daniel was clear on cost, quick, and efficient. Aire serv quoted the price, which was very reasonable, considering the house was 93 inside. Thanks Daniel from Aire Serv

During my research into heating and cooling one topic kept coming up. Its not what you install but who you have install it. I believe I made the best call on that front. Attention to detail even on a complex unorthodox house was done professionally and correctly. Will be using them again for my second unit.

I had just moved into my new house and was having a bridal shower that afternoon. My air conditioner wasn't working and it was 80 in the house. I had an hour before people started to arrive and of course it's the weekend so most a/c companies aren't open. I called Garrett at aire serv and him and Bobby were there is less than 30 min. My bridal shower was saved because of them! I'm forever thankful.

It was the smoothest and easiest experience. The guys that came out were very knowledgeable and friendly. Layed down plastic to keel from making shoe marks and cleaned up as good as I could want. Would deff recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

To whome ever cut the rope at the broadway square mall by the ladder. Uncool, you were the last people to do a filter change. Think of the other people that have to bring filters up there.
