One of our units was making loud noises and AirServe came to check it within a few short hours. The technician was courteous, and helpful with information needed.

repairman came out and fixed a/c that wouldnt work....while fixing unit he told me that the coil was dirty......i asked him if he was going to clean coil.......he acted like he didnt want to answer my question....he got a/c working but left and didnt clean coil at all.....i think this is very unprofessional.....why not do a good job while you are onsite!!!!! JUST FOR YOUR INFO EVEN THOUGH WE WONT USE YOU AGAIN BECAUSE YOUR SORRY>>>>> THE REPAIRMAN LIED TO YOU.....HE DID NOT CLEAN THE COIL AND WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH HIS WORK

Called at 9 am this morning. The only one that would talk to me about service today in this heat. Thanks to Amber who answered my call and Justin for getting the unit diagnosed and fixed.

The technician arrived quickly after hours, was very knowledgeable and professional, and fixed the problem quickly in hot weather.

Andy did an amazing job inspecting our house. Was very detailed and spent hours on the property and almost a hour talking with me explaining different parts. Phenomenal people!
