Aire Serv of Smith County

Called Aire Serv@ approximately 4:30 pm, and our Technician Daniel was at our door by 5:30 pm. He was very professional and walked us through everything he was doing, as well as answered any and all questions asked. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for their fast, thorough service, and competitive pricing. We will be using them again for all our HVAC needs.

Condensation drain line was stopped up. Tech was very professional, courteous and completed repairs promptly.

7pm in July and the AC stopped working after a power outage. Called and within 10 minutes the dispatcher called back and let me know who would be coming out, where we were on the list and that we would get a call as soon as Josh was on the way.

Josh called as expected and was courteous, clear and helpful. Our issue was a weird one cause by the power outage but despite Josh working all day, missing dinner and helping us out at 9pm at night he was an absolute friendly, professional, honest, and personable gem. He represented Y’all well! Kudos and thanks to Josh.

Jason was our technician. He was prompt, very very professional. He kept me informed at points during his survey of our system and asked permission before he made changes or repairs and gave me cost information prior to any decision I was asked to make. The office personnel was also very responsive to all of my questions and calls. I would highly recommend this service and their employees.

I called them after several others trying to get someone out the same day to fix our A/C. Luckily they were able to come within about an hour. The guy who repaired it went straight to work, going over what needed to be repaired, the cost, etc. He got it done in about 1.5 hrs, including running to a place to grab a fan motor. I’m so happy he was able to fix it, I’m 7 months pregnant and I was dying in the heat. Thank you so much!

I was very pleased with the time between me calling for service and my technician arriving. Justin was very knowledgeable and made the repairs to my A/C in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them for all my future A/C and heating needs and recommend anyone reading this do the same.

Came home from work to find the a/c not working. Called Aireserv and they responded immediately with a repair tech. He immediately knew what was wrong and had it working again in just minutes. Prompt and excellent service at a very reasonable price! I would recommend them to all my friends.
