Jason came out the same day my heating broke and gave me an excellent price to replace my ancient system that needed to be replaced since about—-2012. Omar and his team came out the very next day and installed the new system including all new duct work. They were professional, courteous, polite, cleaned up everything after they were done and explained everything before they left. I never imagined enjoying an AC installation, but everything went VERY smoothly, and it was all at an incredible value. Thank you Woodlands AC!

Brian was absolutely wonderful! First class service from the moment he entered the door to the moment they finished installing a brand new system. He was patient with all of my questions too! Our AC died on a Friday, he was there the following Monday to give a quote, and we had our new system put in the next day. Will refer them to everyone we know!

I had a new unit installed in my home a couple of years ago by a different company that I would never use again. We started to notice an odor coming from the A/C when the air would come on after the heater was utilized in colder temps.
I read the amazing reviews about The Woodlands Heating & Air Conditioning, so I decided to give them a call to come service the unit. Brian came by and assessed what was needed. We discussed needing to cut a hole in the upstairs plenum box and have an access door installed so the coil could be cleaned. We scheduled a date & time that worked for both of us and then he left without charging me anything at all. He said we would take care of the service call fee when they did the work on our agreed upon date. Very refreshing.
The day of the install, Brian showed up on time with his installer, also named Brian. Both gentlemen were very pleasant to talk with and had no problem answering any questions I had during the visit. The door was installed, coil cleaned and entire unit inside and out was checked thoroughly and serviced properly.
The bottom line is that I would recommend this company to everyone. Fast, friendly, economical and more importantly, work was performed correctly and I was not pressured into buying things I did not need. Honesty goes a long way with me and Brian is definitely an honest man with your best interest in mind.

We needed to have our furnace checked in preparation for the coming cold season. They responded to my call in a timely manner, placed me on the date I preferred, and contacted me on the day prior to coming. Our tech, Matt, was very courteous and he answered all my questions regarding the service. Our system's ready and I couldn't be happier with their service. I'll be sure to contact them for next year's summer months.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Every person we have met has been extremely professional and honest. We just had our heater serviced today, and I was very impressed with the technician. He even took the time to clean out our AC line so I wouldn't have to worry about it in the spring. We bought our AC unit from Woodlands Heating and Air a few years ago and had a similar experience. Their prices may be a little higher than out-of-town companies (though I found the tune-up prices to be very competitive), but it's worth it to have someone you trust come into your home.
