David and Anthony were AMAZING! I told them what was wrong and they were able to quickly assess the problem. The job/flat rate is very helpful. They were upfront and honest about the problem and the price. Before he left he explained the other services that they provide. I can’t wait to schedule their services and get this newly purchased home in shape! I feel good about spending my money with local family-owned companies that hire licensed individuals.

Service was great via Melvin, he went above and beyond to get my kitchen back up and running. However the job seemed incomplete after paying 10,000 dollars for a pipe redirect. They left me with an exposed outside brick wall that I now need someone else to fix before it rains inside my house and multiple broken sprinkler lines that also, is now my problem.
Seems like it would be coved under the total project, especially being that expensive.

I was very satisfied with the work done by David and his assistant . They were very professional, knew what they were doing and did the work in record time. They cleaned up after themselves and they completed the job within an hour. I will definitely continue to use Swan Plumbing, heating and Air for any of my future needs.

From the moment that Andy arrived he was professional, knowledgeable and just plain kind. Hottest day of the year and our power box failed. Fixing our problem in a timely manner because of the intense heat was upmost on Andy’s mind. Job well done! Highly recommend. Excellent service.

We had an old circuit box that could have cause our house to catch on fire and we had no clue of the danger. During extreme cold the power went out, for several hours we waited, once the power company said power has been restored to our area, ours never came back on. We weren’t able to trip the main switch. I bought a service policy from Swan and needed them today to look at our A/C. They arrived on time, worked quickly to check the entire system and they washed the outdoor condenser unit to get it clean and working better. Because of having the service policy, there was no charge for services performed today.
