Kenny did a great job. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and he was able to figure out and fix a recurrent electric problem in our kitchen and laundry area. Very nice and professional too. 100% recommend!

After the old panel went down after other HVAC work I called SWAN for HVAC and Electrical.
Aaron came out and reviewed the HVAC and was as thorough as possible while remaining very professional, he helped referring me to have my electric reviewed. Mike and Mikayla came out and I had the entire panel replaced. I can't say enough good things. They were both great to get along with and Mike was open to explaining what they were doing and why. The new panel is up and beautiful. A great one stop shop.

Update:
Kenny came out today to diagnose issues with a pool pump not receiving the correct voltage. He was through and double checked all work, found and resolved the issues while discussing future considerations. I continue to be impressed and satisfied by SWANs professionalism.

An old drainage in place needed replacement. The technician was helpful and had all the parts necessary to complete the repair. Very courteous

The employees were very professional and helpful in explaining the process of doing the installation/ replacing a toilet commode. Very thorough and respectful mannerism. At present I am pleased.

Awesome job, very thorough, they check that everything is working correctly right down to the heat exchanger. I've hired a few heating and A/C people through the years, but Swan is the best. My tech (Robert Hall) is very professional and great about explaining everything in an easy to understand way. I've never once had any concerns that they're trying to find something to replace that doesn't need replacement (which has happened to us with two other heating and A/C companies in the past). With Robert, if everything looks great, he'll tell you, it looks great. On the one occasion that something wasn't working properly, it was a minor setting that cost us nothing for him to adjust in only a couple of minutes. In the three years I've used them to monitor my heating and A/C system, we've never had to replace a single part. They're the most trustworthy company I've ever worked with.

Justin actually came early!! Beyond that, we had a roof installed over a week ago, and our water heater had been back drafting into the house. Justin quickly diagnosed the issue, turned off the pilot light, and even called the roofer to explain the severity. He was beyond kind and very likely saved my family! I will ONLY be calling Swan to assist in the future. Way to be, Justin!

Had a great experience with Kenny, Desmond and Dahmari. They came out within 24 hours to look at my electrical issues. Kenny was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issues so we could make the best decision for our home. The price was good and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend Swan!!
