Set up an appointment for my boss
Previous plumber told her it would be about two weeks before they could fix her water heater. Swan went out the following day and fixed the problem. Tech was very polite and professional

Gustavo was a true professional! Extremely thorough in his explanation of the issue as well as showing why the fox was needed. I would definitely recommend him!

I call Swan to unclog a toilet. I told the office a head of time they would have to get on a very low pitch roof. The tech came out walk around the house came back and quoted me $800 to remove the toilet and run a camera. I didn't ask for the camera, I already knew there was a clog, I just needed him to go on the roof with an electric Snake or remove the toilet a try to unclog the toilet.
Still charge me $79 for nothing! I guess the guy they sent out didn't want the job.

Great service! All the technicians I've had are very knowledgable, and if something needs to get fixed then they have plenty of different price ranges to choose from for the best value. They offer a $100 annual plan that allows for 4 separate free inspections throughout the year to make sure your house is functioning properly

EDIT UPDATE:
After several more calls, and getting no results, a technician named Dawson came out to fix the plumbing problem. Very quick and very professional. He had a helper there with him, and I liked how he explained why there was a problem with the last work done that I wasn't happy with. I was very happy to see Dawson's knowledge being passed on. I had several LARGE complicated jobs completed by Swan. Yes some problems occurred with the Complete HVAC and the Electrical line bury and pool prep - those were tolerated and kind of expected with a 50 year old house - the outside plumbing pipe fix, was way wrong, but eventually corrected by a great technician
SHORT STORY:
Some problems with a couple LARGE jobs but the very small plumbing pipe fix was horrible.
LONG STORY:
I have spent well over $22,000 with this company and I can not believe the horrible service this company gave for a simple pipe fix.
I had them bury my overhead electric line and move and upgrade the panel, and a complete HVAC - the price was higher than if I would have used different companies for each, but I was thinking they would give a discount for keeping it all within their company. We had several complaints about these projects, from messing up the roof when replacing the vent stack on the house (picture), to the outside unit not being level even after several attempts. Mud and dirt tracked everywhere. They covered my neighbors sidewalk in mud (picture)
Then a few months later after the big freeze I had an outside copper pipe bust. It was an exposed line out back and should have been an easy fix.
The original line was attached to the brick and very nice and neat. This guy came out and used some 90 degree elbow before attaching the spigot and never attached the line to the brick. I mean one easy tug with the hose and this pipe was busting.
The guy who came out said "I was able to use.. something.. so it's only $175".. but charged me $300.
I had to complain about the pipe not being secure to the brick and they had to send the guy back out - he told me he would do it on his own one morning, he never came, so I had to call dispatch. I had to get put on the schedule.. He comes and instead of using the original holes in the brick, he makes the pipe shorter, and then still doesn't attach with the anchors in the elbow or spigot, he uses some metal strapping and makes new holes in the brick. The sweating of the pipe looks like someone watched a Youtube video on how to sweat pipe.
I complain, the "manager" calls me, says on Monday he will get back with me. Didn't hear back from him. I texted him asking for an update and he said he had me on the schedule for a couple days out but never told me for what.
and it's been a couple days and I still haven't heard back. They said they would call 30 minutes before arrival (I'm a small business owner) but I never received the call, only a call saying that they are at the house and about to leave if i can't be there ASAP. and now it's been 3 times I have to arrange to meet them for a easy fix... they will not receive another dime of my money.

I called Sawan to have an electric car charger installed and I'm so glad I did! I was able to get my chsrger installed the next day! Kevin and Desmond did an awesome job of installing an outlet and charger! They were fast and cleaned up afterwards, and made sure everything functioned properly. I'd definitely use them again!

Ethan and another tech showed up on time, immediately looked at the problem, explained what it was, and said there was a part nearby. They were gone for a few minutes, came back, made the repair, explained everything that had ben done, and were on their way. Great guys, responsive company, very professional. Thank you all!

Kenny with SWAN has been out a couple times and done great work both times. Doing business with SWAN is a pleasure. The people are always friendly and the technicians do great work as well as communicate with you to explain everything throughout the process.
