Dylan came out Christmas Eve day to inspect frozen pipes after the great Arctic Blast Of 2022. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and just helped us understand the issue so we could relax. You can’t put a value on a technician like Dylan. Priceless! I would call Swan again in an instant.

Swan repaired a water leak & unclogged a main water pipe. The tech explained everything in “layman’s” term, which made it easy to understand what was going on. They were prompt with their response to my emergent plumbing issue.

Again they are amazing. Dakota come out and so professional, kind and respectful. Let them be all your needs for HVAC, plumbing and electrical.

Did my yearly maintenance. For water heater (flush) Gus was awesome recommended some things but didnt state they were urgent .

I was digging and hit a gas line in my backyard. After getting everything turned off, Atmos referred Swan as a plumber that could repair the pipe.

I gave them a call and the operator made it seem as though they would be sending out a plumber that would give me an estimate and be able to repair it the same day.

Javier, the Swan plumber, arrived promptly and began working with the people from the gas company and the 811 dig person (who we absolutely should have called first).

After about 2 hours I had to go find Javier to see what was going on. He looked me in the eye and said that they were going to charge commercial rates even though they fully acknowledged that this was a residential townhouse.

To my surprise, he quoted $4,500 to fix a 1sq ft area in my backyard (see the picture below). Also, I had it already dug out for them. My wife spoke with a manger and in his words he said “Our prices are high because we have a lot of overhead.”

He even mentioned that the fix would take less than an hour… however he wasn’t the right plumber for this job and they could get someone out until Monday, five days later.

Needle to say we did not use them. What’s worse is that they charge $40 for this ridiculous estimate.

My wife managed to get in contact with the owner of the company and let him know how awful of an experience we had with them. He took the quote down to $2,500 and then to $1,800.

We still didn’t use them. We ended up finding an honest plumber who did the job for $500.

I can’t in good faith recommend this company. They tried to take advantage of a young couple and fully admitted that their prices are higher than the competition. Do yourself a favor and find a better, more honest, plumber

Good guys and good servers. Dillon was personable, honest and helped me out! I purchased their service plan and they will be my go to guys from here on out.

Derek was very professional, detailed oriented, and is very knowledgeable! He was on time, friendly, and explained everything to us in a calm, slow speech, and that made us not feel rushed in the process, and let us what our options were. We had to get a new kitchen ceiling exhaust fan, and he did a great job! We were very pleased with his service, and the next time we need anything, we will absolutely use Swan Electric, and request Derek! Derek is a great asset to Swan Electric!! Thank you so much, Derek!
