I thought great customer service was dead and gone until I was referred to this company. Dylan was the best to work with, so was Cheryl. Awesome people, awesome service & awesome warranty on my new much needed HVAC systems.

Jack cares about his customers and is very helpful. We had some issues with an AC and he has been very helpful, including walking me through solutions over the phone, and also coming over when necessary. Prices are reasonable as well.

I called on a Saturday evening because my condenser was making loud noises. Dylan arrived within an hour and did a thorough diagnostic check and was able to identify the problem after lots of crawling in my tiny attic space. He was very thorough and communicated the issues along the way. Great service!

Selling out home and needed the HVAC serviced for closing. Quick response, excellent service, the technician arrived on time, was efficient with his time, and thoroughly explained the process. Overall, great experience! They will definitely be our first call at our new home for any services.

I called for repair service to AC after hours last night. I told them my AC suddenly stopped cooling and I needed a repairman asap. First of all, and to my surprise someone answered right away. She was friendly, caring and to my surprise, gave me a next day morning appointment. I was pleasantly surprised given the time of year, but thankful. Stacy McManus A-Anderson Air Condition Heating Electric & Refrigeration came and repaired my AC unit this morning and I’m happy to say that my house is cool again. My son interacted with him as I was at work but he was impressed with Stacy’s knowledge and professionalism. I’m glad to know that there is still a company out there who still believe in good professional service. Did I mention that my neighbor referred me. She too was impressed and was happy to share her experience with me. We are both two happy and cool women in Rowlett, Texas. Thank you A-Anderson, I will be calling on you for all my AC needs. Jack (as with our previous experiences) was great. I really like that they give you options for the repair. For this repair, we did the temp fix, but when we are ready to purchase a new system, we will go with Anderson!

I worked for this company. I went to jail for something I did not due I paid 3k to get out jack paid bond with my cash then went off bond and kept my 3k after I quit he took van for s week told me to come get my tools only half was there so the only thing kept is to press felony charges don't trust this man

Highly recommend. We have used A-Anderson twice for our HVAC needs and they have been prompt and efficient each time. Will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs in the future.

Jack and Dillion have been great to work with, as they are completing a complete re-wire in one of our remodels. We at All American Custom Home Builders will continue to use them in the near future.

Came right out and refilled the refrigerant and applied leak sealant to my mini split. Jack is a knowledgeable expert in his field.
