My longtime AC guy retired several years ago and I have been searching for a new reliable provider ever since. After waiting 2 days for another company to fix my A/C my contractor neighbor recommended Luis since that’s who he uses. Luis gave me a time he could be there and showed up right on time. He then quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed for a very fair price. He IS my new HVAC guy.

Our AC went out and we were referred by a friend about L & S. We had several bids to replace the system and L & S was by far the best price. Very professional and quality work. While we waited for our new system to come in ( 3 days ) Louis brought a used condenser out and hooked it up so we wouldn’t have to sit in the 90 plus degree heat. Highly recommend L & S. Took 4 hours to replace entire system inside and out.

It was a great experience with Luis and his team at Fersa hvac. He arrived in the am yesterday to see what was wrong with my system, diagnosed and determined a leaky coil. New one ordered and they installed by the afternoon. He came by today to inspect his installers work and all good to good. Would highly recommend.

Called FERSA HVAC Heating & Air on a holiday weekend (Sunday) after my AC stopped working and they came out within a matter of 1-2 hours, conducted a thorough inspection, explained all of my options effectively and completed the work in no time. AC in 90-100 degree was back up in no time. Awesome service!

HVAC cleaning/servicing performed with installation of new duct/vent work. Job was done on time and at a high level, at the estimated figure. The team were a pleasure to work with. All around excellent service.

Our house heating units got problem and it's freezing cold in the house. I believe it was 59 degree faranheit and we got babies in the house. I called Luis at around 5:30PM and it took him around 10 minutes to come. He found the problem and fix it in a quick yet efficiency manner. The heater is up and run after 20 ish minutes and everything was handled proffessionally. If you ever need express and excellent service, this is where to look for. Highly recommended.
