Brian rescued my mother during this horrible winter storm! Even though they must be swamped with calls, he went to her house and shut off the water leak and the water heater before it burst causing even more damage. His wife took her drinking water because I couldn’t get there until the roads and gas stations opened. They did this out of total kindness for complete strangers. Hands down...This is now our plumbing and HVAC company

Replaced my whole system in Sept 2016. Very professional every step of the way. AC stopped working during Harvey flood. They were out at the house within 24 hours of my call. Blower motor and some electical parts were under water and ruined. Repairs made and parts were covered under warranty. Everyone I have met from the company has been very professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

Coleman with Prestige has been a huge help with all of our HVAC needs at our office. We have 5 units for our office building, when we have issues he is quick to respond and get us scheduled for our repair.

Called them because my elderly mother’s a/c wasn’t cooling. I was told there would be someone out between 2:00-4:00. Great! Except no one showed. When mom called to ask why she was told “probably no one will be there. I’ll call you back “. What the HELL?? Needless to say we found a fabulous company!!!
