My ac did not work this past Sunday. I googled reviews and saw Prestige. they came out in less than an hour Sunday afternoon. The technician Caleb was professional. He quickly found the problem left and returned shortly with a part and we were up and running in no time. I definitely recommend Prestige! I was so grateful for the quick response and solution on a late Sunday afternoon. Thank you so much!!

Prestige did an awesome job for me! They changed out my vent and cleaned out my furnace about 5 months ago. I haven't had any issues since they came out. Brian and his team to A+ work and I know I never have to worry about them doing a great job. Their communication was spot on and they actually finished ahead of schedule! 5 stars for sure. I would definitely use Prestige again.

I called Prestige to come out to my home when my AC went out unexpectedly. I spoke with Brian and he had someone out to my house within 30 minutes. The repairman was very professional and great at his job. The whole process took about an hour and a half from the time I called, to the time they were done! By the time he left, everything was working perfectly and my house was nice and cool again. I am always so impressed with their service. Brian is honest and professional. I will be a Prestige customer for life!

Prestige always does an excellent job! I've been working with them for about 10 years now. I used a previous company before I discovered Prestige. I found myself constantly calling because something was always breaking. Prestige happened to show up at my doorstep on the very day my AC broke again! And I've been happy ever since. My husband has passed away since then, and I am grateful to have found Prestige when I did. Prestige is always a company that I can trust to be honest with me and do wonderful work. They have since fixed all of the issues that I had experienced previously. Brian and his team have gotten both my systems in my home working beautifully. The team is professional, kind and knowledgeable. I am so glad I have found them. There is nothing worse than your ac going out in Houston's hot summers, and I know I can always count on Brian and his guys to come out for emergency service if I were to need him.

I would give Prestige Heating and AC 5 Stars! Prestige does all of my maintenance and put in a new AC system for me. They are always here when they say they will be. Whenever I've had any kind of outage they are able to come out and help me right away. Brian, Mike and Alex have been great to work with and very respectful. They are very quick to get me on the schedule when I have an issue. They have a high standard of service and they always make sure the job is done exactly how it should be. I will continue to use Prestige for my HVAC needs.

Prestige is THE BEST around! We have used them for everything from minor tune ups to more major repairs. We had had HVAC issues with our house ever since we had moved in and no one could ever tell us what was wrong, until we called Brian at Prestige. He was able to come out on a Saturday and within 20 or 30 minutes, had diagnosed the problem for us and got it taken care of! Brian is one of the best. I have come to know him through business events over time and he truly has great character. I can contact him, even after hours, with any AC needs and he's always responding right away. We already have him booked for another job at our business and look forward to working with him again! If you are in need of a heating or AC repair, Brian at Prestige is your guy!

These guys have worked on my houses for the last 15 years, and I will always go back to them. Pablo is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Brian is great and easy to work with. BrianGesner and his crew are absolutely amazing my heater went out during the ice storm in February of 2021 and they came out the day of the storm and got us up and running, changed out our whole system during a freeze, we sold our house since then and had to change our system at the new house yesterday we are up and running now,Prestige is a godsend thank you very much from the Rueben family we got the yearly maintenance plan and during the scheduled inspection they found mold that had been building up for a long period of time that we did not know about and was causing our kids to get sick who had severe asthma i cant thank the team enough for their knowledge and expertise the service we had was priceless, we are forever grateful thank you Prestige.

I have used Prestige multiple times through the last couple of years and have always been happy with their service. We have had multiple units repaired and replaced, as well as our ductwork. The prices have always been fair and the work has been done quickly and on time. Any time something has gone wrong, the technicians have been very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They are always very fast to get out to me and take care of things whenever I need them.
