This amazing company I cannot recommend more! Just as a friendly call to see why a room was hot, we found a massive mold issue, incorrect installment and a slew of other issues! Brian gave me a full walk through of what to expect, how we would be serviced and we’ve never been happier with our heating and cooling. I’ve recommend them to several of my friends and my family, which they also did impeccable work. And I love their commercial! When your comfort is under siege, call Prestige! So clever!

When Prestige came to my home it was obvious this is a great professional team. Walked us through choices and costs, as well as time to do the job.

From the moment I messaged Prestige on their Facebook page, I knew I had found a great company! They responded to me immediately,and were very professional and friendly. Everything following that, through the whole process of servicing the AC system in my home, ran incredibly smoothly. He was positive and honest about everything. He even walked my husband and I through all he was doing, as he was doing it. I signed up for their maintenance package, and they call me every month before charging my card, which is above and beyond amazing customer service. I can even use my monthly payments to go towards a new AC unit, should I need one down the road! I will continue to send people their way over and over again!

Prestige came out and diagnosed our old AC system that was no longer working. They guided us through the processes of what we were going to need in our new system, and how they would go about doing that for us. They gave us a few options and allowed us to choose what would work best for our home and budget. They pointed out what we needed and the technical need behind everything so that we knew the reasons behind their suggestions. We worked with Brian and he was very prompt and courteous. We would most definitely call them again for any heating or AC needs. We love Prestige!

I use Prestige Heating and Air Conditioning to take care of the seasonal maintenance for several rental properties I manage for an owner. I have also used them to install completely new systems and have always been impressed by their ability to schedule, complete the work on time and the quality of their equipment and service! Their office manager Miranda is always a pleasure to work with and very helpful and their service Techs, especially Pablo, are always knowledgeable and able to explain everything clearly. I never have to worry when Prestige is taking care of things for me!

I've worked with Brian at Prestige Heating and Air Conditioning dozens of times. We have worked alongside each other in many residential and commercial jobs. He has always done such a great job, that I use him for the AC system at my personal home as well. I have nothing but good things to say about Prestige and Brian. It's a pleasure to comment on a very recent experience we've had with the Prestige A.C. personnel. My daughter, who lives in North Houston, called me stating her downstairs A.C. unit was out. Although I have a functional knowledge of residential systems, I live out of state. As such, she summoned Prestige for assistance. The timely response, technical diagnostics and the suggestive repairs were spot on. The service manager Michael's subsequent intervention and systems discussion was unique and much appreciated. Finally, a very good installation performed at a very reasonable price. I have no reservations recommending this crew and company to family, friends or associates!!

We have used Prestige with two of my homes. The last time we used them, they came out during the Covid pandemic. They did a full indoor and outdoor AC replacement, including duct work. The pricing was great, and the whole job went smoothly. It only took them two days to finish the job. They were courteous, respectful, and wore masks the whole time they were here. About a week later we discovered that one room in the house seemed to be a bit warmer than the others. They came out right away, free of charge, and adjusted the AC to balance it out, and completely fixed the problem. I have been beyond impressed with their service and would gladly use them again.

I used Prestige for HVAC install and maintenance at two of my homes and have always had a good experience. Their technicians and managers are very organized. They are reasonably priced and willing to work with varied budgets with honest opinions about the quality of products you'll be getting.
