Don't you hate calling A/C repair companies? Well I found this gem, I had a furnace repair, then a coil replacement and later servicing for 4 units. Brian over there is the real deal, no BS no gouging and his folks are very courteous care about your house and work quickly and professionally.

I give 3 stars because I moved into a brand new 2 story house and during this cold weather upstairs is warm downstairs it’s an icebox. Technician came out and said that’s the number one complaint by customers the downstairs is always colder than upstairs. I understand he rises but you would figure that if this is a large complaint that these companies will try to figure out how to balance the system out instead of just saying well that’s the number one complaint. Lesson learned in buying a new house no more two stories after this one.

Called around quite a bit and Prestige had the best pricing by far. Their guys were prompt, professional, and produced high quality work. Will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them for anyone.

Their home maintenance plan is genius, and the fact they now can also handle my plumbing needs is big. These guys are great at what they do and nothing is more important to them than the customer having a positive experience. Superior work and superior customer care.

We had both of our drain lines clog up at our office, just about closing time on Friday evening we noticed puddles of water and soaking wet sheetrock. They were able to get a technician out right away to diagnose and correct the problem. The price was reasonable based on the timeliness and quality of the work. Highly recommend Brian Gessner and his team!

They do not communicate well at all... and they do not return calls or emails.....They were hired by the center I lease from to do a commercial install for our retail store. After waiting weeks with a store at 83 and up they finally did the install. The install was quick and in the rain, however, one of the units is leaking and they can't figure out why, they left the units off with no communication and my store at 84 during business hours, I had to call and complain for a tech to communicate with me and turn the power on. They did not install the heating unit until it was 37 outside and 60 in my store. We'll see how that install goes tomorrow. Update: The owner Brian is working with us now after finally getting in contact with him. They seem to be moving in the right direction now.

When I had questions and concerns about my ac units I was given great advice and a quick solution. This company is always there to take care of me and it’s nice to know they have my back if my ac ever goes out again.

Prestige does an outstanding job with AC/Heating and I had their plumbing division come out and flush my water heaters. Fantastic employees and fantastic job and would highly recommend them!
