From the very first time I used Diamond Air they have been friendly, work done correctly, and respond promptly to emergencies. If they are running behind schedule they will call. I do not have one complaint.

Rance Carroll came out to review why my unit was not cooling. Let me preface this by saying I have AHS Home Warranty and whenever I have a problem, I contact them first since I pay a deductible and they repair. This past time the problem was not fixed so I called Ben. He had his men come out and immediately they resolved my problem due to shoddy work performed by the other contractor. Diamond Air will be the FIRST call I make from now on! Thank you gentlemen for making our home cool again!

Great customer service. They schedule and keep you updated as your technician makes its way out to your location. On time and great service from the technician. Andrew was awesome , very knowledgeable and professional.

Ben, Rance and Ray at Diamond Air in Seguin, Texas are probably the best HVAC professionals in central Texas. I live in Austin, an hour from Seguin, and they arrived earlier than their appointment and got to work immediately. They completed the new install and removal with no mistakes the same day they arrived. The professionalism they exhibited when entering the house was immediately evident with dirt free, clean shoes and safety mats for the floors. The new unit was a difficult-to-install type in a cramped attic space. The work is done so cleanly that one would think it was original to the house and not a retrofit in tight conditions. Rance and Ray are informed and friendly technicians who do not mind sharing tips and pointers that help keep your furnace alive for longer. I know I could have chosen a HVAC service in Austin but the price Ben offered was competitive and fair, really too good to pass up. If you live in San Antonio, Austin or one the surrounding cities along the I-35/I-10 nexus do not hesitate to call Ben or Krista for your HVAC needs. They really are the best.
