Diamond Air

Since using Diamond Air I have had no problems with my service. I would not even CONSIDER using anybody else! Ben is always so thoughtful and caring about any questions or concerns. Rance is extremely great at his job,and has the most patience you can imagine! They are extremely polite and professional and are quick to be sure that I am comfortable with everything before they leave. Kudos...Kudos...Kudos to them and all they do!!! Great work...keep in doing what you do so well!

I have used Diamond Air several times. Today was exceptional! I called them at 8am and the unit was fixed and running by 11:30 am that same day. Very kind, compassionate and efficient. I would trust no one else with my A/C and heating needs.

I have used these guys 2 times now and both times the tech (Andrew) did a wonderful job. They are fast and very reasonable with price. Highly recommend.

When I called to make an appointment, the technicians were able to come out the very next day. They were on time, very knowledgeable and professional. I had to replace a few parts on two units and pay for the service call. One of the technicians, Rance, told me about their Diamond Club plan and how much money it would save me even on this visit. The plan basically pays for itself. I was able to sign up immediately. The technicians were very honest and left everything very clean.
It is refreshing to find genuine, hardworking, people that offer good customer service! I’m glad to be a Diamond Club Member!

Ben was very honest and up front with us. He arrived when he said he would and worked in our house when it was full of kids and did not get frustrated or annoyed at all. He stayed on the jobsite while our new system was installed and made sure it was done correctly. Ben really seemed to want to help us and cared about us as a family. I would definitely recommend him to anyone out there from now on. I'm glad someone recommended Diamond Air to me.

A/C went out at noon. Called and they had it going before 5 the same day. Fast response (they answered the phone even though it was lunch). Rance got here and was courteous and answered my questions professionally when he was done. Highly recommend.

Ben came out; looked over what we needed and discussed what we were concerned about. Ben made the inspection a positive experience. He made us feel like we were part of a family. The Team arrived for the install and they were very professional and courteous to us and our home. They spoke well of Ben; how he ensures that they have time with their kids; which is very important. We are now COOL and comfortable, Thanks to Diamond Air. We are Happy that we now belong to the Diamond Air Family.

Woke up Saturday morning to a hot house! Called at 10:15 . House is cooling by 11:30.
