Diamond Air

I can't recommend Diamond Air strongly enough. They did an AC system installation at my residence. Their technicians were punctual, professional, and thorough. Everybody that I have dealt with there is happy to answer all of the questions I've had. We will not use anybody else.

Rance and Blaine, Bens team from Diamond Air Texas came out and replaced my central a/c-heat system. they were respectful of my home(drop cloths everywhere they walked/worked), and since my install was fairly simple, there is no a/c closet due to ongoing remodel on my home, they were able to remove all the old equipment and install the new including some duct work repair under the home in less than a day. prior to the unit failure, they maintained the system for 20+ years till the unit was too old and inefficient to keep using. I have known Ben and Krista for over 20 years and the one thing that has not changed is the commitment to customer satisfaction. Give them a call and see for yourself. Derek H.

A/C went out over the weekend. Issue was diagnosed on Monday and new system installed early on Wednesday morning. Great service and fantastic attention to detail.

This company rocks! They don't just want to charge you for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. He listened to my needs, evaluated the concerns and gave many options to correct the problem. His processing the problem was very calculated. Very professional and will use him again.

Had Diamond Air come out to do a couple of repairs on one AC unit and annual maintenance on it and another AC unit. Owner of the company showed up. Very professional. Talked me through what he was doing and why. My only complaint, and it's a big one, is the exceptionally high price tag. Get this done every year. Have had similar repairs. Total cost 1.5 times as much as companies charging per hour and they even gave me their discounted prices. Ouch!

Today we had your Tech Rance come to our residence to fix our air conditioner. After two quotes previously of $8000 he told us he could fix it for $599. I know eventually we will need a new system. All I can say is thank you Rance and Diamond Air. I will highly recommend your business.
