Had a technician come out after our AC quit working Friday at 3am, they ordered the part and replaced it as soon as they had the part. Good price, great service, fast fix, and professional communication. Will def use them next time I have AC issues

Ben Moreno at Diamond Air was top notch. I got quotes from 5 different HVAC contractors, 3 local and 2 national. Diamond Air not only had the best price, but also the best service.

Ben was very responsive and honest and quickly answered all of my questions. He was also the only contractor to notice that there was an addition with a window unit and recommended bumping the unit up a half ton to push more air to that area. It showed that he cared and was paying attention to our needs.

Once booked with Diamond Air they gave us a date and time and they were there like clockwork. The guys were extremely efficient and clean. They covered the floors and wore masks and could not be more polite. They also left some filters and have checked in to make sure everything was good.

We started to notice a slight rattle, so we called and they sent someone right away. It ended up just being a couple of loose screws so they fixed it up and it's working great.

I would highly recommend Ben Moreno and Diamond Air.

Hired Diamond Air to repair my AC. Paid $600 for the repair and not 5 days later the same issue recurred. Called them back out and this time they said that now the compressor and maybe the whole unit needs replaced and they refused to refund any of the money I already paid for the prior repair that obviously was useless. Save yourself a headache and money; don't use Diamond Air!

Within an our of calling, Rance and Blaine were at our house checking out our ac unit. After diagnosing the problem they gave us the game plan and started working to fix the problem. This was seriously the most pain free experience we have had, when it comes to fixing issues with our house. We are happy with the work and grateful they fixed it so quickly. Both Rance and Blaine were professional and courteous. They explained everything to us and told us what to expect. We can’t say enough good things about the two of them. They were great!! Thanks for helping us out when we needed you!! They also mentioned the owners of the company were good people and they(Rance and Blaine)enjoy what they do. That made us feel comfortable signing up for the Diamond club membership.

Quick response. My service technician, Blaine, was very professional. This was a preventative maintenance checkup for the heating system. Will definitely call Diamond Air again for my refrigeration and heating needs.
