Rance(service rep) showed up on time, kept us informed on what he was doing and made necessary recommendations to further complete the HVAC assessment, sold us a Maintenance plane which is a Great plan and Very affordable, along with the benefits that come with it, and talked about a necessary repair that should be completed to help our ac/hvac system work to its fullest potential to last longer

We are new to the area and found these guys via a quick online search for HVAC repair. When Diamond air showed up in the results two things caught my attention, they were very highly rated and had over 20 years in business. I called them soley on those two factors alone. I was called back within about 45 mins by the technician assigned to the issue. He was extremely respectable and punctual. He showed up when he said he would. He troubleshot the system and called me with his findings and explained the issue in a manner I could understand (not knowing anything about HVAC myself). He went above and beyond what I initially asked that he look at and I was surprised when I got the invoice at then end of the call. What I expected to be several hundred bucks for a last minute call out turned out to be so reasonable (considering the times we currently live in) that I almost thought it was a joke and when I say that I mean the price they charged me was, in my opinion, completely fair and affordable. Businesses these days don't seem to follow that structure anymore. They try and nickel and dime you for everything you've got, These guys didn't do that. 100% satisfied and a customer for life. One of the hottest days of the year so far and my AC system went down. Diamond Air sent out Rance and he got it back up and cooling lightning fast! Rance was very honest and answered all my questions. He even told me about their Club membership, a great savings since Diamond Air will be the only company that I use for my HVAC services.
