Had a third party come from Best Buy to install new thermostat and they ended up blowing the ac an thermostat. Zimmerman was able to send out the same afternoon, on a Saturday. Omar was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. He then spent several minutes explaining the features of our thermostat and preventative maintenance. House was cool and wife was happy. Thank you!

First we were impressed with the Zimmermann sales person; he seemed knowledgeable but also down to earth and fair, willing to work with us a little on price which is more than other companies would or could ever do probably due to their strict corporate structure. Most importantly though, the Zimmermann price for the system we ended up purchasing was literally thousands less than other companies but for a far superior unit! Something that just doesn’t happen much these days.
We know that Zimmermann is a strong family-owned company. This was evident once the installation crew started working. They were professional but also kind and considerate. They went out of their way to honor a request we had about one of the pipes, something we know big corporate companies would not be able to honor. We know because we had a system from a big corporation prior to Zimmermann and that company ran in a rigid and robotic way.
The Zimmermann crew was a pleasure to deal with during the installation. Taylor, the lead crew member, was absolutely fantastic! So enthusiastic, very knowledgeable, and appreciative.
And of course, the new system works perfectly, we’re very happy with it and with Zimmermann; the kind of company we all wish for these days.
We would recommend Zimmermann sales, products, and employees to anyone looking for the best HVAC systems (American Standard is a brand we trust!) in San Antonio.

David was my technician today for my winter maintenance. I got a new HVAC system almost one year ago which I am Totally 💯 pleased with. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He even looked up into my attic for a concern I had with water leakage.

Trey was out to give quote on new system and then turned to tech. He was very knowledgeable & had a super great personality! I would use Zimmerman again based on no pressure & Trey's great customer service!!

Came out on a Sunday. Our technician was prompt and had our heater fixed that day. Highly recommend!

Edit: We had our HVAC replaced by Zimmermann 3 years ago. They did a great job. They services our system twice a year. It's been running great so far, no issues.
