Our service technician arrived on time and was very helpful in diagnosing and explaining the problem. This was an unusual repair with symptoms that may have made it difficult to properly diagnose, but he worked diligently to find the issue and quickly get it repaired. Honest and dependable.

When our A/C suddenly stopped working on a 100 degree day after work we needed after hours help fast. I was lucky to find Zimmerman because in under 1 hour our repairman arrived. We ended up needing a new capacitor which was replaced. Prices were transparent and our repairman was honest about what we needed. No pressure sales. Both the service and our interactions with our repairman were professional, friendly, and very pleasant. We also purchased the service plan and are very happy.I definitely recommend their business. Most recently we had our A/C serviced for the first time since the above and Luke found that thr previous owner of our home (purchased in 2020) had improperly installed and programed our Trane System in 2018 and never turned on the secondary system controlling humidity. Thank you for catching it and fixing it for us. I don't trust any other company in San Antonio. We appreciate you guys.

Omar and Anthony were the technicians that serviced my home system. They were able to identify the problem immediately and were able to source parts/materials same day to install. Installation was quick, and they were very thorough when explaining the issues and solutions. I’ve used Zimmerman for several projects, very courteous and helpful. I had great service. I would recommend this company to anybody. They were wonderful. Very respectful and very thorough. They got every detail. Even things I didn’t ask them to do. They made sure it was working right. I was so impressed.

I called Wednesday morning, needing service on our heater which ceased working Tuesday. I was scheduled for a late afternoon service call, but an opening became available within a couple of hours. That was a very pleasant surprise. The Zimmerman service tech - David - showed up and was very polite, informative and professional. He explained which part failed and its function. Work was done promptly and price was very fair. I would definitely recommend Zimmer Air Conditioning & Heating.

Friendly and very up front about what is going to be done and recommendations for what to expect with the next visit. For instance: I have a UV bulb in the air intake, he gave me an expected timeframe for the life of the bulb and that I will most likely need to replace it within a year.

I highly recommend Zimmerman AC & Heating for their AC, heating and HVAC services! The technicians are always prompt and professional. Omar maintenanced the heating system and took his time to explain everything and answered all my questions. Great company!

Omar was prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He performed the spring checkup on our AC unit. After I showed him the indoor and outdoor units, he did his thing including blowing out the gunk in the P trap that was causing slow drainage.

Trey is a great technician. He answered every question thoroughly, and in a manner that could be understood. He is very knowledgeable of his craft. I would recommend him for further jobs.

Finally had to replace my ac system and Zimmermann was an easy choice!!! Everyone there was polite and professional from the office, to Trey our salesman, and at the end with the install team. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks again!
