Had some weird noises coming from my ac unit and these folks were able to come out same day. Luke provided me with a few options and I was able to have the repair done right away. My air is blowing a lot colder now, and I'm very happy with the work. Thanks so much!

You can tell a lot from how someone treats you after they know they _won't_ be getting your business. When Terry couldn't match some of the other quotes we got, he still offered himself as a resource, suggesting details to ask about and specifics to check on for the different types of equipment we were considering from other companies. He wasn't the only HVAC installer who told me a big part of his job was educating people, but he was one of the few whom I believed when he said it. He was knowledgeable and generous with his time, treating me as a person rather than just a potential customer. I think he would have been a pleasure to work with, and if I ever need to replace an AC in San Antonio again, I will certainly give Zimmermann a call.

Trey was able to explain in detail what was happening with our AC System. He fixed several problems and gave suggestions of how to keep the system running without clogging. All in all he took his time and answered all my questions. I was totally pleased with his service that he provided today.

I called Zimmermann to get an estimate for a new AC&heater. Their estimator, Tray, was very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining to me all the details. He even went up into my dirty and hard-to-navigate attic (to survey the state of the duct system), a task that other companies didn’t dare to contemplate.

The techs showed up on time and we're very knowledgeable on my system. Did the yearly check-up on my A/C system. Fair price and cleaned up after themselves. Will use them again and can recommend based off my experience.

Update one year later.....just got my new system installed. Could not happier with Zimmerman A/C. They came out to my house multiple times to get the right system we needed. My household has a lung transplant patient under the roof so filtration was very important for me. After spending a year of multiple contractors submitting bids I picked Zimmerman because it is a local family business and Mr. Zimmerman came out and spent time explaining the pros and cons of all the options. The install guys are all Zimmerman employees they were polite, respectful, clean and very knowledgeable. When the install was completed my house was completely clean as if they had not been there
They we're competitively priced and have a great warranty. The office folks took care of all the CPS rebates. Painless. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Luke was very helpful and responsive for the repairs to my A/C unit. I’ve dealt with a lot of customer services since I have moved down to San Antonio and Zimmerman has been one of the best by far.

We were very pleased with all the work that was done. They removed our old system and replaced it with the new one in a timely manner when they were done they cleaned up after themselves. We were very happy because on the day of our service it was a cold and rainy day but it didn't stop them from leaving us in the cold we slept very warm that night thanks to Zimmermann A/C and Heather comp we highly recommend them.
