Will Fix It

Needed a water heater repair. They showed up earlier than the promised time which was great. John was very thorough in his explanation of the issue and the fix. Fantastic job. Highly recommend.

Very responsive!! They were at our house within about an hour of calling (9am), diagnosed the issue, got the part and repaired my AC before 1pm. Amazing service.

Super thankful to all the folks at Will-Fix-it. They responded so quickly and didn't leave me having to worry about a leak coming from our water softener. The gentleman who arrived to help was right on time as scheduled and was super reassuring throughout the whole time he was here. When the "local" company ghosted me, Will-Fix-it didn't disappoint! Learn from me and just go to the pros here first!

Dean came to install a new kitchen faucet, which turned out to not be possible. He fully explained the reasons and challenges involved, and I am satisfied that he did a good and thorough job of reviewing my options with me. He was wonderful.

Started off with a bad experience from one of their technicians (Carlos) came into my home with attitude and wanting to not do the work and especially not interested in honoring the advertised coupon. It really seemed like he was already upset the moment he felt he had to do someone else's "work". Very unprofessional in my opinion and lacks the team concept.

...Then Chris came in to save the day, it was a 180 degree difference in customer service, professionalism, and empathy in my day long issue trying to get my issue fixed. A 5-star effort to not only redeem my initial experience with Carlos, but to ensure my issue was fixed.

Shaun, please take the time to recognize the work Chris did level of effort he went through to ensure that he and his company did the right thing.

Will Fix It sent James Hunt who was super professional and extremely thorough. I also appreciated his honesty. He explained what he was doing and then went over everything with me so I understood. I wish he could be the technician sent for all my HVAC appointments. Will Fix It needs an entire fleet of technicians like James.

Alfredo was amazing, responsive, informative, and an overall great representative of this company. I had no doubt I was in good hands and the issues I had were resolved quickly.

Previously installed water softener totally failed and released all the resin into the plumbing system creating almost instant water system blockage and every plumbing fixture in the house failed. NO WATER, NOTHING WORKED. They came out, diagnosed and were able to repair and flush out and save every fixture. Nelson, the plumber was nice, professional kept us up to date on progress, pricing was reasonable I felt for all the work they did. I’d use Will fix it again and would refer them to a friend.

I think it’s important to note that a total of 5 people with a plumbing background came to my home to help me figure out why we were billed for 37,500 gallons of water. Some I paid for them to show up, to still not get any answers, some I didn’t. None of them could detect the leak and not many of them truly made an effort to do so.

The last company that came out were a lot more diligent than the last but his misdiagnosis led me to Will Fix It.

When I called them, the receptionist immediately wanted to help and dispatched Jesus the following day. Jesus arrived and was so professional. I explained he was the 5th person to come out and he immediately apologized for my experiences even though they had nothing to do with him and took his time to isolate the leak, keeping me informed every step of the way.

The next day he returned with his supervisor on a Saturday mind you and they went through the tests again to ensure they had it right. Keep in mind, that same day we had roof inspection people out as well as an adjuster for the roof, the day was very busy and I was completely overwhelmed with everything that was going on with a house I just purchased.

But Jesus and Ruben made this process so easy for me. He told me what the cost would be to fix it all, let me know they had financing and pointed out another area with issues that was not up to code. Their honesty and due diligence is what made me sign without getting any other estimates. I trust Will Fix It and I am proud to say that. I am so glad I made that call and thankful for the misdiagnosis that led me to do so.
