**WHAT I WAS CHARGED BY THIS COMPANY IS OUTRAGEOUS** I accidentally partially cut through a water line outside my house. Prior to the technician arriving, I already had the dirt dug up around the leak and the water line was so shallow that there was minimal digging the technician needed to do. He even mentioned several times how much more shallow the line was than it should have been. Just to replace a foot of the water line (PVC pipe) which took him about 5min, he charged me $375 for a full “pipe replacement”! This is absolutely ridiculous pricing and I feel like they took advantage of my situation. The office lady wouldn’t give me an estimate over the phone but made it sound like the job I described would be much cheaper. They charge an $89 service fee (“that is applied to any repair cost”) just to have a technician come out. I recommend not using this company unless you’re able to get an estimate over the phone.

$3400+with military discount Over price for the repair that was done. Over charge for test analysis. To turn off water and to cut 4 pipes that are next to each other$1856. ( 5 mins) to cut. To find out the line coming into the house was bad, Which I saw it outside of the house and I pointed it out to the plumber when he came to the my home. $99 for him to come. he should have just fixed the line outside and waste time cutting wall in my home and pipeline inside house. I do not recommend this technician nor company to any future customer and Military..

After talking to the plumber Department Management about the costs. They made it right by crediting me back some of the cost.

Technician did a good repair.

Alfredo did an excellent job on a very long set of requirements and had an very high bar of due diligence.

Robert (Mikey) Schilling was the plumber who did all of our kitchen and bathroom repairs. He was such a pleasure to work with. I felt that he tried very hard to gives us options. I could tell he totally understood our financial situation and worked with us. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional in all that he did. I'm going to need more work done, and I'm hoping I can choose him to return to do the job. Thanks Will Fix It for hiring people of his caliber. We are very happy with the work was done.

I awoke to gas. I called around & no one was able to squeeze us in. They arrived quickly!

JERRY came within the hour & not only found the issue but gave suggestions for other things as well.

Carlos was awesome. The faucet had some buildup inside that was a simple fix with the right tool and he was done in less than five minutes. They even waived the service fee because of how simple it was. I’m not a plumber and know very little about such things and could probably have done it myself but Carlos was very kind and helpful and made it a great experience. I will use them again for sure!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I had four separate visits during a stretch of 100°+ weather. Three were exactly what you want when you pay gor a service. They first serviced my broken AC that was overdue for replacement. Tech offered to send sales rep the same day, I accepted and he came a few hours later. Long story short I purchased new system with installation done two days later. Installation techs did the install but had an electrical issue that had to wait until the next day. They apologized for the delay but did inform us that the company would pay for us to stay in a hotel for the night due to the excessive heat. The next morning another tech completed the electrical connection and brought the unit online.
Overall I am happy with this company. My negatives are the install techs did not wear shoe covers or use a floor tarp and dirtied my carpet up the stairs and in front of the AC closet. They also knocked a small chunk of plaster from an adjoining wall. Another issue was notification vs actual arrival time. Twice I was notified the tech was enroute only to have them show 3-5 hours
later. They were also slow to return my calls after the job. Annoying but I got a good system installed in a very short time and at a very good price. I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE WHO ASKS.

I’ve had Jesus Gutierrez come out. He was outstanding. Top of the line. I couldn’t have asked for someone better. He was kind, explained everything clearly, was patient with my asking questions. He went the extra mile and I was extremely impressed. This company should be glad and grateful they have an all star employee like Jesus. 6/5 stars for him and his company. He’s also a family man and down to earth and he’s able to diagnose and fix plumbing issues very effectively and efficiently.
