Even though management changed, the new manager honored my prepaid services & approved to schedule my maintenance with my new tenants. Our home is older with outdated faucets and hard to find replacement parts. When the shower faucet started dripping we tried to fix it ourselves but knew we were in over our heads and needed professionals since the shower plumbing is behind a tile wall and we were worried it was also leaking behind the wall. We called Will Fix It who scheduled Nelson H. to come give us an estimate. He was prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He provided an estimate and said he could fix the leak the same day. After a quick trip to get the specialty parts he needed, he got to work fixing the leak and replacing the wall fixtures and shower head.
Nelson was respectful of us, our home, and our time and he took extra care while cutting the tile to avoid causing any damage.
While not inexpensive, we need peace of mind that our plumbing is done properly so it was absolutely worth every cent. Our shower from old and outdated (and leaking) to new, up to code and glamorous in no time. As long as Nelson is working for Will Fix It, we will be customers for life!

I'm not satisfied with services provided and request 100% refund based on your Exceptional Service Guarantee for both 14683794 and 14667836 invoices.
1. Common causes of a breaker tripping are circuit overload, short circuit or ground fault. Yet, the service provided was to replace breaker due to a diagnoses of "breaker trips randomly" without finding the cause.
2. We had to have you come back out because replacing the breaker didnt fix the problem. It ended up being an exposed wire from the ceiling fan which is a safety/fire hazard that should have been identified and resolved the first time to which was charged for services again.
3. The outside outlets then stopped working. After unsatisfactory service, I had to resource another service. Upon opening the breaker box, we clearly identified an unattached wire within the breaker box.
4. I asked for all documentation and receipts. There was no accurate documentation for services proving a faulty breaker.
It is lazy and unprofessional. As a customer and military service member, I feel taken advantage of and scammed. This situation has caused an unnecessary mental/financial strain on my family and my tenants and never should have happened.

Oscar and Angel were amazing! Their customer service and professionalism was the best I’ve seen. They did a wonderful job at not only diagnosing the issue, but explaining to me thoroughly on what they were doing, why they were doing it and making sure I was on board before proceeding. They went the extra mile with assisting me and I appreciated it so much!
This company was a life saver! I called them at 3:30am because part of my kitchen, living and dining room were flooded and they had a plumber to my house 4 hours later. This was the only company I called that actually had a live person answer and not an VM service dubbed as a 24-hr hotline. Louis was absolutely AMAZING! He was prompt, on time, knowledgeable and was open to answer all of my questions. He identified the leak in my house so fast and repaired it without an issue. I will recommend this company 100 times over. If I could give 100 stars I would. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

The installers were very professional and fast.The only thing we did not like,was that there is no same day install . Lowe’s and Home Depot have posted all over the store. Sale associate even mentioned it and showed me. Had to wait with our leaking water heater until the following week to get it installed. They need to remove the signs that say same day install because that wasn’t true . The plumber told me they could have come out the next morning. Your sales representative that came out said it have to be the following week.
We called them to give an estimate on a leak that we couldn't find. The plumber dug a small hole by the meter and found that the pipe was just loose and needed some reinforcement. He had quoted her a higher price than estimated. They made it great by giving her a senior discount! I would recommend this company for their honesty and great work!
Everything went seamlessly from scheduling the appointment to the arrival of the technician and getting the system tuned up. They kept me informed of times to expect the technician and were also upfront with the cost.
