Will Fix It

Came over for two ac services. Blew out drain for one and changed me without my permission. . Then came to me to say what they did for $300 extra. Drain blowout should always be apart of normal service. Plus the warranty plan is more expensive than a regular service call. Makes no sense.

Plus I called for a Saturday call . After I set appointment they called back later to say it will be Monday.

Never again will I call you for service.

Going back to my regular ac people will do drain blow outs as apart of normal service and not charge me

Horrible experience. Will over charge you and never fix the problem. This company is so unprofessional and dose not back up their work with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. My situation is too long to explain. I will say I spent over 1500 and nothing is fix. I will continue to try and get my money back from this company . Don't waste your time

Will Fix It installed a new gas line for us as we are having our kitchen remodeled and will be installing a gas range. The team was professional, timely, and very communicative. They gave us updates as the work progressed through the day. They pressure tested the lines, and made sure that the water heater pilot light was lit before they left. The team provided the estimate the same morning that they installed the line. The pricing was extremely competitive with other companies and it came with a 10 year warranty. We are extremely happy.

I called around for service for my account not cooling, will fix it was the only company I was able to get quickly, and they were responsive, professional and absolutely fantastic! I strongly recommend!!

SAWs found a leak just on our side of the water meter. Called and got an appt same day. They were then able to come out sooner than promised. No one wants to pay for an unexpected plumbing repair but I appreciated the response time, the communication before and after the job was done. We've used Will Fix It 4 or 5 other times before and they always do a good job.

My second time using their company and they were Great Again!!

The manager of the install even helped me to maneuver the new WH purchasing as the store did not understand the paperwork. I eventually went to another of the locations to finalize.

I would use the store and install contractor again!
