Ramon was my serviceman, and the level of expertise he has in HVAC is impressive. I always appreciate someone servicing my home that seems to be an expert in their field. He took the time to explain everything he was doing to me, which I always appreciate as well. He wasn’t rushing around, trying to hurry off to the next job. He was thorough, and again, explained why he was doing/checking everything he was. HIGHLY recommend this company.

Great service all around. From the very beginning I could tell that Aaron truly cared and wanted to provide quality work. For all of the people that I got quotes from he was the only one that truly evaluated my system and told me how to fix the problem instead of just giving me a quote for a new system. Today Ramon serviced my unit and was able to diagnose the problem with my AC within minutes. He was very professional and explained the issues at hand. He outlined the pricing of services and they were very comparable if not better than most company's and the quality of the work was fantastic.

We dealt primarily with Ray (who came highly recommended). Ray came out same day I called to assess the situation. Then he ordered parts and he and Aaron were out a few days later. These guys really know their stuff. They were extremely professional but also personal and relaxed. They even asked if I minded them playing music while they worked. After I said yes, I kinda giggled at the low volume - like that would have ever bothered me.
They were tidy and cleaned up as they went. They explained every step - especially the ones I asked about (I’m nosey). They got the whole system replaced in about half a day and we were completely cool and back to “normal” within a few more hours. In addition to all of this excellent service, they also installed a cut off switch in the event of a back up so the AC wouldn’t leak on to my water heater. Above and beyond service. I recommend them to anyone needing AC service!!!

Not sure why some people want to b@s$& about the service... I am visiting my daughter and I’ve interacted with Ray twice now. He is very pleasant and tells me what he’s doing throughout the job. From my experience with him, I feel this company has great customer service and cares about its customers. When the air went out a month ago, Ray made sure to get here ASAP to get us up and running. Oh, the kid that was supposed to be here showed up late...but Ray replaced the unit mostly on his own! HE ROCKS!!
Cost wise, it is pretty comparable to others, but others didn’t have the quality customer service this company does!

Ramon Martinez was very efficient. Told me everything that needed to be done. I was so amazed with Quality Star Services. When he got here. He went straight away to-do what he had get done. Ramon is an excellent service man.

Aaron came out on short notice in July when the temps were 105 degrees. Poor guy stayed until 7 pm working on my system. His prices were reasonable and he got my AC working again!!!! He was professional and friendly. I will use them again if needed, and will recommend him to friends and family.

My technician Ray Martinez was friendly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our AC was functioning perfectly. Highly recommend him! We really can't say enough good things about him!
