Tom was a blessing! He came same day short notice to help us with our AC drain clog that had algea build up. He cleared out the clog and checked the freon for us. He also checked our unit warranty info to let us know. He made sure all of the parts were running well and showed us how to maintain the inside and outside units! Thank you so much! We needed you on this hot day! He is very polite and honorable! Veteran to Veteran thank you!

Tom came out to give me a bid to replace my AC unit. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came same day I called. He gave me options to do and even suggested that I was ok with what I have and gave me information on things I could do to improve cooling without a costly replacement. Things that his business does not make money on. I would highly recommend Tom and his company. Veteran owned and operated.

Contacted Tom of Pleva AC & Heat with an AC that suddenly started blowing warm air. Tom arrived and immediately started troubleshooting the problem. All of my questions where answered and I was told exactly what was wrong with my system. I really appreciated Tom gave me options for repair. Tom is professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. I called to get a recommendation and price on a new AC system for a 100+ year old house that has been previously cooled with window units. Tom made the time to go out right away and I was so appreciative of his honesty--he informed me of what type of system would work best for the home, but also let me know that it would be a very big job and his small company wouldn't have the man power to take it on. He was able to recommend a larger company that does many new installations. I have yet to give them a call, but just wanted to commend Tom for his helpfulness and honesty.

Tom was awesome. I called him first thing in the morning and he was at my house in less than 2 hours. He figured out very quickly what the issue was with my a/c unit and gave me 3 different options on what he could do. I would highly recommend him and will definitely call him again if needed.
