Five Star Immediate Duct Service (Hvac/Dryer/Chimney/MoldTreatment)

We called Nicholas, the owner, out to our rental house for dryer vent cleaning. He charged us $325 to deep clean our dryer vent. We continued to have problems so called an appliance repairman (dryer is only 2 years old). Appliance repairman said the dryer vent was clogged. My husband and I both tried calling Nick several times to come back out. When we called he hung up on us. We had to call America Air Duct Cleaning. They came out and took pictures before/after and fixed the problem. I requested a refund from Nick on Cash App - still out my money. I would not use him, trying to save someone the issues we had. I noticed he also left himself a Google review - which is not ethical.

Advertised dryer duct cleaning at 75 dollars. Pulled a bait and switch and ended up paying 325 dollars for 30 minutes work. No invoice provided. Made check out to the technician and not the company. 2 stars instead of 1 because final result wad good. Not what I'd expect from a real professional.

So, at first, I was hesitant about this business because I didn't know much about it- my dryer wasn't working and my neighbor suggested I contact this business. A young man named Nicholas answered the phone and came to my residence right away. He was courteous from the beginning and began to work on my dryer. After he unclogged the dryer vent, he offered to look at my A/C ducts and the furnace at no additional charge.

I figured I take advantage of that, and while he was inspecting the A/C unit, informed me that some mold was already forming. He also offered to take care of the mold at an additional price. I gotta give props to Nicholas, as he was so professional and informative, letting me know just how toxic mold is and how bad it is for my health. What I liked best about him was that he was not pushy at ALL. He simply informed me of the facts and let me make my own decision. After some consideration and negotiation, I decided to take him up on his offer- he not only took care of my dryer vents and A/C unit, but at an unbeatable price!

I would highly recommend this young man and this business. I took a chance and am VERY pleased with his service.

After moving into our new house, we found out very quickly that our dryer vent was extremely clogged and never managed. A quick search and I found Nick! Nick was extremely quick to respond, remedy our problem and offered to take a look at our HVAC at no extra charge. Upon inspection, we found mold growing in our unit! A bit of backstory- our dog has been sick since we moved in three weeks ago, and the vet told us it was an upper respiratory infection; now we know the real culprit! Nick cleaned out the mold and had our HVAC in working order within hours. So far, our pup has not coughed once since he cleaned it out.
