Truly great communication and responsiveness. Came out the very next day. Here on time. Very responsive to the challenges of my historic home and the building conditions plus my aesthetic concerns!! Erica and Mario measured and came up with a great plan to update my HVAC. We went through many different scenarios to make it work how I’d like it to look and function. Instead of 3 condensers I’ll still have 1 but much more efficient. I’m thrilled and cannot wait to work with them!

A technician came out for a free AC tune up through a CPS program but since he’s left, water has been pouring out of the secondary condensate drain line. It is actively draining heavily out of the inside unit and the seal also appears to have been breached by pressing down on the unit. There is air leaking around this as well. I have not seen this before today and have definitely not had water draining like this before either. The technician was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable it now I’m concerned there is a major issue when the only reason I had the tune up was to ensure there was nothing going on.

UPDATE: The technician has been amazing. He came back out at 7pm and stayed until 9pm to help fix the issue. When he left it appears to have stopped leaking but let me know to call back immediately if it starts again. Great customer service.

UPDATE: The issue was not resolved last night, but again, the tech and a manager were sent back this morning and resolved the issue. Customer service is fantastic. Thank you!

Just had them come by to look at my ac.Give a tuneup Anthony was a very knowledgeable young man. Very professional and friendly. He seems to know alot about heating and cooling. Answered all questions we had . gave us a break down of what we need and things we don't. Great guy. Great service

Honest and professional, our AC system was repaired the same day and a high quality inspection was performed as well. Anthony was friendly and took the time to explain his findings regarding what we needed to address the current issue and also some things to prepare for later on. I Would use them again if needed!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Eagle Heating and A/C, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Our home's cooling system had stopped working and the temperature inside had reached a sweltering 80 degrees. Thankfully, Eagle Heating and A/C came to our rescue!

I’ve used Eagle Air twice and they’re more than professional. The service is prompt. They’re neat with the repairs and they are very thorough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a problem with their air conditioner or heating. The office staff is wonderful and Erica is great to work with!

UPDATE: Anthony just left and I have working air conditioning!! They were able to be here early and completed the job quickly and efficiently. There’s never anything left to clean up and these gentlemen are the nicest most polite people I’ve ever worked with on a repair. As stated above, I totally and completely recommend Eagle with no reservations!! They’re professionals who really know their business!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Anthony and Nate were awesome. They were both very professional and friendly. They took their time to thoroughly clean and service my AC both snide and out. I have a Dachsund that is very spoiled and prefers to be the center of attention. Both Anthony and Nate were very patient and even gave my puppy belly scratches. My home is cooling so much better now. I am extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Eagle Heating and AC for your service and repair needs.

Eagle is always great. We have two units and use Cowboy to service the other unit. Unlike their competitors, Eagle is always professional, communicative, on time and go way above and beyond in helping you understand what it is they actually do. I prefer Eagle over anyone else.
