Roy was very nice and professional. He seemed very experienced in his line of business. He was very informative and went over possible factors for maintenance needed. I really liked their customer service and how communicative they were. The only areas of opportunity was proposing quotes at the end of the visit with no invoice included or details regarding what the technicians thoughts were on the system. When asking if the information can be sent to us by email or text, the option wasn’t available making it extremely difficult to consult with my spouse when they got home to go over options together. We were also told the prices fluctuate and that if we didn’t make a decision within a 48 hour period we’d have to start all over again with getting a new technician out and paying the fee of $130+ again because no information is stored within their software and they don’t retain customer information. We have an old system and all the options available to us were proposed with warranty only instead of a 1 time job which is what we were looking for since we wanted to invest in a new system down the road. The technician will not write down anything for you in regards to what he/she discovered during the diagnosis, so if you are working with this company, I would personally recommend to take your own notes during the appointment and pay very close attention since the information won’t be provided to you other than verbally. They will not provide quotes or information over the phone as we tried, and had to get the technician out again to go over the same information with my spouse which caused us to lose another day of work. Overall, the company didn’t work out for us due to the high cost quoted and found another company who would’ve done the same work for a much lower cost. Nice people to work with, but I felt my time was wasted as I like everything in writing and told upfront what the issue is instead of tacking on other parts that “may” need to be replaced down the road and also included in the quotes. Sometimes customers with old units just need a small repair done as they shop for options on a new unit during this blazing heat.

Julian came out and took care of business. Gave me several repair option, didn't overly push any 'extra' services but let me know what needed to be done. Fixed the system, costs were on par with other estimates so no sticker shock. Overall good service and helpful suggestions! Will definitely use them again.

Julian and his coworkers did amazing job with helping us found out what the problem was with ac and then fixing it for us as well. He also gave us a new unit and gave us the knowledge to keep up with the new ac unit. They are very knowledgeable and respectful as well! Thank you guys so much!

These guys rock. They were super nice ,even the younger guys were very respectful and professional. Roy who was the Foreman of this job did an outstanding job of work and overseeing. He even out of the blue brought me a Whataburger meal because that's where they were going for lunch! How cool is that! Overall we are very satisfied with their work and if there were more stars to be given ,I would recommend those as well. So if professionalism, and quality work is what you are looking for, you can't go wrong with Roy and the guys at Amazing Air Solutions!

Fast, fair and responsive. I made a service call in the morning and spoke to Savannah who clearly explained my options and set the expectations.
She sent me a pic of Julian, the assigned technician, and provided a window for service. Julian called prior to arriving and showed up earlier than expected. With him was his mentee, Richard, whom both worked expeditiously to diagnose the problem. Turned out to be a bad evaporator coil (among other things). Julian photographed his findings and walked me through my options for both service and payment.
I opted for a replacement evaporator coil knowing I'll eventually need a new system.
Today being a Friday and with the day winding down, the owner himself, Roy, showed up with Joey to assist while Julian and Richard left to retrieve the a new evaporator coil.
This was a total team effort on their part working on the unit outside and inside the house. All were respectful of our time and space as my significant other and I work from home.
I feel confident in the work performed and highly recommend Amazing Air Solutions.

We came home from my sons baseball game and our house felt like a sauna. Immediately we knew something was wrong, we just didn’t know what. I did my best to do what I could, at the end of the day we needed help. We saw Amazing Air was local and they had great reviews. I called and spoke to Nancy ( which was more of a counselor/therapist ) she calmed me down and before I knew it Julian and Roy were at my door. We’re all about respect and I immediately liked the technicians. They took a look at the whole system and gave me options. My wife and I were not expecting the cost of repairs and definitely not looking into replacing the AC system. They made me feel great about my choice to do the repairs that we needed and we also scheduled the maintenance. If we had done the maintenance, we would have avoided this whole thing. Lesson learned. Thank you Amazing Air for saving the day and I’ll see you in October.

Amazing Air Solutions installed our AC unit and provides our HVAC system checkup. They are reliable, quick to respond and provide excellent service.

I don't usually write reviews, but the Amazing Air team is truly amazing! I am usually leery of service professionals coming to my house, but this was an exceptional experience. Took the time to diagnose our problem, provide us with options that allowed us to choose what was in our budget and left the area they worked on cleaner than it was before they got there.
