Website was fine ordering a $300 Milwaukee tool but picking was a pain. Instead of having a dedicated order pickup line you have to stand in line and wait which isn't that big of a deal so long as there was proper notification which this place does not. When addressing my concerns the check out lady just stated she just works there for the insurance. Having gone through this I'll just go to home Depot for Milwaukee tools.

Davis was so helpful in showing me how to load the staple gun I had bought for hubby. He had gotten frustrated and thru it in trash. I saved it, brought it back to Northern and Daveud was so patient.

Don't waste your time at this store. Management employees are here for pay check.
Made online order, paid in advance.
Received email order confirmation.
Then got email not all items available because store doesn't work on online order until customer arrives 😑 even if you paid in advance 😒. Management policy. If store walkin customers buy inventory out. Online customers do not get items. This is unsatisfactory to online customers. No customers service providered by management. Don't pickup here.

You go into this store. And you can't find anybody to help you. This has happen more then one time. Last time I had to go into the stock room, to find a person to help me.
The girls at the check out counter are very rude and slow. They make you feel, like you can go some where else.

My husband was shopping for his 2nd Stihl chainsaw and had the best help ever by 2 salesmen. I know one's name was David, and sure wish I could remember the other gentleman's name. They both shared info about their warranty we hadn't even noticed. Thanks guys, we'll definitely be returning.

Walked in looking for air tools and quickly found them. They were all locked up. I walked around the store looking for an employee to get the air hammer I wanted. I finally found someone in the back at service. He paged someone to go to the department. After waiting 10 minutes I walked to the front and asked one of the people operating a register. She paged someone and then I proceeded to wait an addition 10 minutes. At that point I left. I can get it on Amazon cheaper and faster. Customer service is terrible at this store.
