Place is always clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great deals, pretty much always have what I need.

Website continues to try to verify if I'm human so I can't online shop and check what they have so I guess I just can't shop here unless I happen to be in the area...

Just want to update April 2023, there's a gentleman there named Timothy G from the warehouse that went above and beyond helping me out and hope he gets the recognition he deserves. So far I've never had a problem with their sales reps. Every body has been very helpful in helping me find what I'm looking for. This place comes through for just about everything I need.

I've never been disappointed with my purchases from Northern Tool. Good prices and good selection.

Salesman showed a genuine interest on finding exactly what I needed.

Trouble with final payment, on cart the is a Free Shipping on my order and on large items it specifically states Free Shipping, however when I finalize the payment it states someone will call me for shipping rates. I had to order today before sale ends. Okay if I have to pay shipping I'll cancel the order period. Website is too general when looking for items need more specific categories of items. The sale is good and that is why I gave 3 stars otherwise it would have been a 1 star.

When to the store on 35n/1604 Schertz location show pictures give the lady model number she give me the wrong part / event to the northern store on vence Jackson 410 after been on trafic for 30 min 545 pm go to service and parts doors where white open after call look for some not luck

Take it to the cashier, she call the store assistant mgr of the store could sale the part because it was no one to generate an invoice ,,,
I explained her that I need that part, that do need any redound will go back to stores where are purchased
But I need the the right part for my business to keep running
It was dry answer , I am the mGr and you need to come back tomorrow,,,
For a good customer like me buying a lot equipment for the las 10 years
We deserve alitle bit of customer service!!!
