Manuel and sons came out late Friday night after my heater stopped working. They did beyond a great job and got my heater up and running in no time. They were In and out in about an hour and the heater is good as new! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs ac or heating fixed or installed! I will for sure use them for all my future ac and heating needs. Over all great guy and great service!

I had the most amazing experience with Manuel and Sons A/C company. My AC had gone out in August and I was desperate to find someone to help. I called this company and they had someone out within that same hour. He was early, quick, and thorough and made sure to educate me on what exactly he was going to do before he did it. I felt like I was in great hands and now my AC runs without any hiccups! Will definitely be using them again for my next AC issue to come!

They say 24/7 but that’s false advertisement.
I tried to pay day of they told me someone would contact me. When I tried to pay with card later they tell me 3% electronic processing fee which wasn’t told to me at the beginning. They tell me one price send an invoice for another. Then technician is at the house and asks me for help to do their job because they didn’t bring a helper when that’s what I’m paying for. Won’t be using again.

They came out immediately found out what the problem was corrected and took their time to make sure it was working correct. I plan on using them in the future because I explained everything to me and took their time to answer all my questions. Great service great people

I called Manuel and Sons A/C Heating and Appliance after having a completely different company come out and do nothing for our home. Unlike the other company, they found the issue and took action! Rafa was our tech and he was polite,very knowledgeable and has awesome customer service! He got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself and was gone before we knew it. Ever since they did the insulation our home has been nice and cool for this Texas heat! Will definitely be calling again if I have any issues!

Ben came out to do a repair and maintenance. We really appreciated the promptness and level of customer service. He was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. He made recommendations about ways to extend the life of our unit without pressuring. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using for all of our AC needs.

I was elated that I could get same day service. The service technician, Joseph and his assistant, Joey, were knowledgeable, polite, informative, and worked late til the repair was completed. 100% satisfied!

Just want to give credit to Juan and Manuel & son’s for a job well done. My AC unit was not turning on. I called several companies and it was going to take a while for someone to come out. Manuel & Son’s was able to come out fairly quickly. To my amazement it was a capacitor that gave out and was an easy fix. The price was very affordable as I was expecting the worse. Thanks again to everyone at Manuel & Sons.

Contacted them early in morning they got here within two hours of calling. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and took care of the problem. I will recommend to all my friends for any a/c or heating needs.
