Once again another outstanding service performance by Christianson AC & Plumbing! This time Ovie Rodriguez swooped in ahead of schedule to do my annual winter service and tune up. Additionally, he upgraded my home air purification system to the new Dustfree Active Air Purifier 👍🔥🔥🔥. Ovie is very informative on the features, warranty and improvements made to the new device. Tankless water heater stopped working today. Called Christianson and they determined from the error code that the condensation drain line was clogged. Rather than stick me with a costly service call, they suggested I could probably fix the problem myself. Went out and checked the line and sure enough, it was the PVC pipe going outside that was clogged. Disconnected the condensation line and blasted out the clog and gunk from the PVC with the garden hose. Poured some bleach down the PVC, reconnected the condensation drain to the PVC and we're good to go. Really appreciated them suggesting I could save some money and DIY it. Anyone else would probably have charged me hundreds of dollars for what turned out to be a pretty simple fix. Appreciate them putting the customer before profits. Thanks!!!

They are horrible. They installed a new Carrier system in my home 5 years ago when I was overseas, and I have had to have it serviced at the cost of $1800. The technicians I had over (this was 2 separate occasions), said the system was improperly installed. The first time I called them, I got the run around trying to blame everyone but themselves. I decided to not bother since they did such a poor job installing the system, I had no confidence they would correct the problem. I don't doubt there was collusion between my property agent and the company.

I contacted my builder for a leak in my wall, and they basically said contact Christianson's for a quote. In less than 24 hours Christianson's sent out two heroes named Tyler and Jesh. Tyler first and foremost is a veteran of the US Army so before I go on...Thank you Sir for your service! And thank you Christianson for making sure our vets have opportunities with you! These two heroes showed up at the top of the window that I as advised of with smiles and a strong handshake! Most people can't touch the level of professionalism these two displayed at my house. They explained the problem, the steps it would take to resolved said problem, and went about their work with special care. They even cleaned up along the way! They contacted a representative of the pipe company who also came along to take pictures. I'm only mad that I can't click 5 more stars because a 5 alone does not do this team justice! Moving forward, I will call Christianson Air Conditioning and Plumbing for all my HVAC and plumbing needs. Top Notch service...thanks guys!

Jeshua Shuttlesworth And Tyler Marks came out and professionally accessed Plumbing problems in our home. And made repairs in a timely fashion. Also they did a free of charge water hardness test on a competitor water softener just to make sure working properly.

When they came to the door they already had shoe covers on and ready.

I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

They originally installed the AC units in my house. I've called them a few times over the years for followup support issues. They have always been fair, professional and reliable. They even fixed one issue for free that was a original construction issues even though it was almost 10 years after the fact. I appreciate that their AC team stands by their work!

Pablo is awesome! He is all about taking care of the customer and is incredibly easy to work with. They installed a water softener for us and provided excellent service.
Plumbing is expensive and I don’t t think they are the cheapest, but they are well worth the prices they charge.

Ovie Rodriguez was a phenomenal technician/specialist. He assisted me with my required AC Maintenance and explained everything to me so I was knowledgable of what he was doing. He also installed the Micropure System in my home and provided outstanding customer service during the install. Again, he explained the warranty, maintenance, and all information regarding the Micropure Air Purifier and we are looking forward to having our future maintenance with Ovie.
