Very poor customer service. Denise their representative doesn’t know how to assist customer, very rude! They did not informed us about the time frame of their service.

Very poor customer service after working on my water leak in yard for 3 days call me at 5pm on a Friday to say cannot find part to repair and to call another plumber. Know it's the weekend no water still and cannot find plumber to fix it..when I do will be triple the price on weekend.. and they still expect me to pay them for nothing....

Representative was very polite when trying to book an appointment however no service can be done due to the fact that they did not install my equipment. Was hoping to get some air ducks at least looked at but was not able to.
