Roy was great. Explained everything perfectly to me and even pointed out some problems my other AC company neglected to tell me . I really do appreciate their worth ethic and how friendly and professionally this company is!

The gentlemen, Julian and Damian, that came out and serviced our unit were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took there time and made sure the job was done right before they left and thanks to them we now have working AC and heat after nearly 2 weeks without. I had my AC unit go out and had a company come out and fix it but a few days later broke again. Amazing air solutions came out and really inspected what was going on and fixed the problem quickly to where I won’t be having any more issues. I appreciate all the help.

Very disappointed with the results of Amazing Air "Solutions". They made me change the entire A/C Unit with no real or clear need for it approximately 2 years ago, then they said it's the thermostat and the A/C is still not responding as desired despite of it being a new unit. Be aware of their advice because it's obvious they will recommend for the replacement of the unit. My "New" A/C unit is yet to work appropriately and every trip fee to check on what they haven't done correctly will cost you $89 again and again. Now they say it could be the zoning and they keep on running the pencil for their lack of an accurate diagnostic. I am very dissatisfied. My house was built on 2013 so the A/C wasn't that old for replacement. Amazing Air "Solutions" operate by trial and error. Terrible and frustrating experience from a good customer. Just be aware and consult around before committing to change the entire unit from these folks. Better Business Bureau next.

Julian came to our church to repair the heating unit so we could have a warm and merry Christmas celebration tomorrow.
So thankful! He was friendly and very good at his job. On this 20’ night the temperature was already 5’ warmer on the sanctuary in before he left.
