I was experiencing some A/C problems and a neighborhood friend recommended Amazing Air Solutions. I gave them a call and Nancy was the nicest person over the phone. She took care of my questions and made my appt. Roy showed up right on time. He checked our unit inside and out. It turned out we were short about 2lbs of freon. The special offered 1 free pound of freon and paid for the other pound. Roy gave us recommendations and explained what he did. He even showed me how to keep the AC drain clean. He was never pushy into selling their services. I see why they have a high star customer rating. I am very pleased with their services and professionalism and will definitely be using Amazing Air Solutions for my A/C check ups or repairs.

Our old system started leaking and causing floor damage to my home. Roy quickly came out to diagnose the problem. Then him and his team installed a new system in a very timely manner. The company sends a text when they are coming so you can be ready which is helpful to be prepared. Roy and his team were very professional and polite in every interaction. Awesome service!

Clean and efficient, in the sense of tools not strewn about and trash floating about. Found the problem and resolved it without trying to sell me any unnecessary service. That’s why they will always be my go to company!!!

A big shout out to Roy and his Amazing Solutions AC team. They came out the day I called with AC problems and were very professional and courteous. The team took the time to inspect the AC unit and identified the problem and fixed it right away. The AC guys were upfront and I never felt any sales pressure. Their prices are very reasonable and I would highly recommend them if you want honest and fair service. We could immediately tell the difference with the AC once they finished.
