Airod Heating & Air Conditioning

I was highly recommended this place and made an appointment to get my system cleaned. No one ever showed up, I tried to contact them and still no response. This is extremely depressing because of how highly rated this company is. I hope they treat other customers better.

called asking a question, the guy who picked up said "let's see who will hang up first, 1,2,3, go" and then hung up on me. I called back and he sent my call to voicemail. awful.

Update in response to owner: This is not a telemarketer, why would a telemarketer take the time to call and call back and write a review? Makes no sense.

Fantastic service and prices! I am an investor here in San Antonio and have dealt with NUMEROUS companies in the area. I look forward to working with them on many more homes in the future, don't waste your time or money with anyone else, this is the company you want to use!

Dustin and Airod are exceptional. They were half the price of the other guys, came the same day, installed and tested the new unit within 3 hours and were on their way. Highly recommend Airod to anybody needing AC repair or replacement. Great prices, great customer service, fast, and friendly. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. Seriously.

Dustin and his team are very professional and when we shopped around for our outside A/C unit, their prices easily beat the competition. The technicians have great attention to detail and do a really good job on the installation. They also make sure to clean up everything when the job is done. So far they have installed our outside unit (1.5 years ago) and our inside unit (today) and we have been impressed both times.

Our central air unit went out and we had to save to replace it. Started calling around and had some not so good ppl come out. We had a previous experience with a airod rep that left a good impression but we had lost their information, we finally found them and caled them up. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Great experience. Unfortunately we needed to have our unit replaced but we knew that, he came out and in about 4 hours they were done. Very, very reasonable. Would definitely reccommend them. Thanks for everything guys!

Quick service, and better offer. We called him for a second opinion and his options were much better that the other company. Customer service oriented.

I had 2 companies look at my AC and both said that my AC needed to be replaced. Airod offered to come out and diagnose the AC at no charge and found that the problem was just a switch. They had it fixed in a few minutes and its been working like a champ ever since.

Airod did a great job installing our new AC. I shopped around & I'm veryhappy we chose Airod. They arrived early and got the job done when they said they would. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!
