DUSTIN HOOKED UP A NEW 5 TON CONDENSER ON MY HOME, FOR SOME REASON THE VERY 1ST NIGHT MY UNIT FROZE UP. CALLED HIM UP THE NEXT MORNING AS SOON AS I GOT OFF WORK HE WAS THERE CHECKING IT OUT. DETERMINED THAT MY COIL HAD A LEAK,ORDERED ME A NEW COIL AND REPLACED IT AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THANKS TO DUSTIN AND HIS ASSISTANCE WE WILL BE VERY COMFORTABLE FOR THE HOT SUMMER. BEST PART I DON'T GET OFF UNTIL 5 AND THEY WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THEY EVEN HAVE A COMPANY THAT WILL FINANCE YOUR NEW HVAC SYSTEM. Great company the owner Dustin is great and freindly intelligent about his work and knows what he is doing. He is also quick and reliable in and out under 4 hours!!

I called Dustin by recommendation of a friend of ours. We were stuck between a rock and a hard place, needing our entire HVAC system replaced from the ducts to the condenser. Dustin came out, looked at everything we had, including climbing under our house in the horrible crawl space (most people I have had our here look down there and say "nope"). The quote was excellent! Just to be smart shoppers we called a second HVAC company out. Not only was he too scared to get under our house, he did not have the time or resources to tackle a job of this magnitude. He told us Dustin's quote was really good and we should use him.

The complete redesign and replacement of our system took him only 2 days. The handler had to be removed from under the house and relocated inside. What surprised me the most was he removed and took our old handler with him!! It was horrible and full of mold. What a relief I don't have to worry about that anymore.

Nice to find someone who takes pride in their work and doesn't take advantage of their customers by gouging the price. If you need something done, big or small, call him. He's the best.

Very happy with AIROD! They were my 2nd opinion call, and I'm very glad I went with them. They were immediately responsive, saved me over $2,000 on the previous quote from one of the larger companies in the area, and did a great job installing and showing us how to maintain the new unit. My house is now super cool and dry - a huge difference from before. Very glad I found them. I'll be telling anyone with HVAC issues to check with these guys before going to one of the bigger name companies.

I needed a new 4 ton hvac system installed and had already been quoted a much higher price by other companies. Dustin and his team came in and installed the new system early on saturday morning by noon they were done and we were enjoying the cool air. Airod team was friendly, efficient and for half the price compared to the other companies. Thanks Airod for helping us manage through this texas heat.

Airod does excelent work he put in an air conditioner and took the other one out in three hours I would recommend him for any job.

We called Airod out to fix the AC because the original company used to build the house ran all of the ducts wrong. We called another big name company to give us an estimate to repair it and it was astronomical! The owner of Airod, Dustin Buchanan, was quick to come out and give us a free estimate that was literally a quarter of the price of the estimate from the big name company. He and his team did great work and got it done in one day. We are highly satisfied and will definitely use him again in the future!

Dustin Buchanan was tech that came out to service my ac unit he informed me that I needed to change out my capacitor.I was charge 200$ for his labor and new capacitor,ac work fine for about 30 minute then continued to blow hot air, I called back the next day and he told me most likey it was my blower and i would need to replace it.That day another tech was sent and he informed me my compressor was no good and ask me who told me I needed a new blower,I told him one of your guys dustin he showed me how easy it was to see that the compressor was showing 0 apps and didn't understand why Dustin would tell me that and informed me to call the office and talk to an owner to get my money back.I called the office and ask to speak to the owner the receptionist then starting asking me more questions and then started agruing with me,I told her to have the owner call me and hung up on her, within 10 mins Dustin called back and we then went back and forth for awhile, I told him to make it right by giving me back 100$ so that he would atleast get paid for his showing up and labor he agreed to give me back 100$ but when I ask him to write a check and leave it in my mailbox he refused and said he would only give it to me in person and wanted to meet up with me the house he serviced(very aggressive tone)he was well aware that this was one of my rental houses and for me to meet him there would be out of my way and I couldn't understand the importance of meeting in person and still dont,well its been over a week and I haven't gotten a call back or a check. My advice would be just to go with an established company I went with them because I thought I get a better deal and smaller businesses are usually more costumer friendly but not in this case.
