Air Texas was amazing. Very professional and just an amazing company. We were so stressed out thinking about the $1000’s we were going to have to spend and Harrison at Air Texas saved the day. Highly recommend them!

I called John Wayne and they couldn't schedule anything for 4 days. I called Air Texas and Mark was at my house within 25minutes. He fixed my A/C in about 1 hour. He was very friendly and professional. I've got the sticker on the A/c unit and will call him again if I ever have any problems. Would recommend him to anyone.

Was without heat in really bad conditions during this winter storm. There wasn’t much of a chance to have anyone come out to service my heat system but these guys took the time out of their to walk me through different scenarios of what the problem could be. I don’t know much about AC and heat and they made the process over the phone dummy proof. I can’t thank them enough because we have very small children with freezing temps outside for multiple days. Thank you very much. Give them a call if you have an issue.

Great experience. I called around 2 in the afternoon and they were able to come out the next morning and check my account, witch they found a freon leak within 20-30 min. Price is fair, and service call goes towards the repair bill. They had no problem explaing what they were doing and why they were doing it.

I must say that this company provides exceptional service. Mark was very courteous, professional and not to mention very affordable. I actually called another air service out before and later that evening was referred to AirTX and I’m so glad I called and spoke with Mark because it saved me 100.00. The other air service company was misleading and told me I need other services and Mark confirmed that all I needed was one part. Not only did he fix it under 1 hour he also called later that evening to make sure my family and I were happy and the air was still running cold. I will never use anyone else after the experience with this company. If you want exceptional customer service and affordable great quality service then this is the GO 2 COMPANY!!!!!

I can't give enough stars for the level of service I received! I was sweating I called my insurance only to be told that I needed a new disconnect & only an electrician can do that 😡Back at square one....I input a request on my Nextdoor app & got a referral for Mark @Air Texas Air Conditioning....it was late & last minute & he & Brian were able to come out in an hour! My hair is blowing in in my a/c as I type this! & he'll be back in October for my routine maintenance!! God sent!! Fair, Reasonable & Very nice!!!!

I was spoiled with having a former AC repair man living next door to me. Then he moved. I had never had to call an AC guy before. Another company put in the AC but every time I called them they tried to sales me crap. They just did not seem to car. I called Air Texas because of their reviews and they did not disappoint. I called them and got someone on the phone straight away. They sent a technician over that afternoon. I met him on my lunch break. He was there exactly when they said he would be. No "between 1 & 5." "He will meet you are 2" and he was there at 1:50. He went straight to work. Explained what he was doing and why. Showed me what every reading was, and meant. I ran out of time and had to return to work before I could approve the work that needed to be done.

This afforded me the chance to verify the pricing and diagnosis with my former neighbor. He agreed entirely with their pricing and diagnosis. I called them up and told them I approved the work and the price. They went straight over to the house, while I was still at work and fixed it. So it was up and running before my wife and kids got home. They did not even charge me to come back. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and dependable... these are the qualities that I look for when searching for a business I will use and recommend.. and Air Texas has all of them in spades!

I have an older home with the original HVAC unit. I have had several different companies come out to fix various issues- each company that has come out has left something else broken, while merely "jury-rigging" whatever was broken that required the service call originally - except Air Texas !

They showed up on time (15 minutes early) for their scheduled appointment, and in no time had a working diagnosis, as well a plan to fix it! Yes the unit is older and replacement is imminent, but it is good to know that I can call someone who is competent with all makes and models, not just the current models. I would confidently recommend them to everyone I know, and those I don't as well.
